hi everyone! i’m 19 looking for a room to stay in a convenient area. i’ll be a full time student studying engineering at QUT and working casually. i’m chill, independent, tidy, and respectful with experience in sharing the house. i’ll spend most of my time working or studying , but in my downtime i enjoy yoga, minecraft, walks, and trying new things. i don’t drink, party, or smoke.

Budget: up to $270 pw, bills included
Location: reasonable distance to brisbane CBD
Move-in: anytime between november and january, flexible
Lease: 6 months or longer
Preferences:
- bills and wifi included in the rent
- furnished
- clean house with a kitchen and laundry room
- fan or air conditioning
- convenient location close to public transport
- parking
- at least one other girl in the house!

i’m easy to live with, happy to help around the house, i can decently follow a recipe, and i’m mindful of everyone’s privacy.
i’m down to hang out and get to know everyone, i hope to make some friends while i’m there :)
