I am currently looking for comfortable and well maintained accommodation in Brisbane, preferably for long term stays.

I am a professional with a stable lifestyle. My work occasionally requires travel, but when I am home, I appreciate a comfortable and quiet place to relax after work.

I value cleanliness, tidiness, and quiet, and I respect others' space and privacy. I enjoy keeping my own space and common areas clean.

I do not smoke, do not have pets, and dislike parties or noisy home environments. I prefer a relaxed, friendly, and respectful home atmosphere.

Because I travel occasionally for work, I am not always home, but I always ensure that my accommodation is kept clean and tidy. I also believe in the importance of respecting and caring for other people's property.

In my previous rental experiences, I have always maintained good communication with landlords and roommates. When moving out, I will ensure that the room and house are thoroughly cleaned and kept in good condition.

My Ideal Location and Lifestyle

I own a car, so convenient and safe parking is very important to me.

I value work-life balance highly, therefore I particularly desire convenient access to everyday amenities nearby, such as:

• Supermarkets and restaurants

I don't expect all amenities to be within easy reach, but proximity to some would be ideal.

I'm looking for a home like place, not one where I have to move in and out frequently. If the property and living environment meet my needs, I'd be happy to stay long term.
