Tertiary educated intellectual. Has friends from the Melbourne Poetry Scene. Still has friends from Latvian Society. Likes to chat on the phone. Only plays music very quietly and expects others to do the same. Ex professional party DJ but no longer does this occupation. Enjoys minimalist living. Is cashed up so no problem with rental payments. Has no Rental History because has always owned his accommodation. But now recently sold. Don't mind sharing with either gender or non-binary as long as they are quiet most of the time unless we have a chat. Just normal manners. Hi, Goodbye, etc. No sharing of food.
