🚨 URGENTLY NEEDED🚨

Hi, I’m Kylie, I’m 38 and I work full-time. I’m currently looking for a place to call home and am hoping to find something as soon as possible. I’m open to a studio, apartment, granny flat or a room to rent, and I’m ideally looking for somewhere stable and long-term where I can settle in and feel at home.

If it’s shared accommodation, I’d preferably like a room with my own ensuite, although I’m open to the right setup. I don’t require parking, so that’s not something I need to have included.

I’m friendly, easygoing and respectful, and I’m clean and considerate of the people I live with. I’m happy to have a chat and be social, but I also appreciate having my own space and a peaceful home environment. I’m reliable with rent and looking for a place where I can settle for the long term rather than something temporary.

I’m ready to move as soon as possible and would really love to find the right place and make it my home.

I would prefer around the CBD as I don't drive but will consider any suburb.
