Hi! I’m a 30-year-old guy from New Zealand looking for a room in Sydney for the next few months.

Ideally, I’m looking for a fully furnished room close to the beach in the Eastern Suburbs, although I’m open to other locations for the right place and price.

A little about me: I’m clean, relaxed and independent, and I’m respectful of other people’s space. I’m also always happy to have a chat over dinner, head to the beach, or grab a few drinks on the weekend. I’m looking for a friendly, easy-going household where everyone is comfortable doing their own thing but can also be social from time to time.

What I’m looking for:
- Location: Ideally close to the beach in the Eastern Suburbs. Preferred areas include Rushcutters Bay, Darling Point, Paddington, Moore Park, Double Bay, Bellevue Hill, Rose Bay, Vaucluse, Watsons Bay, Dover Heights, Bondi, Bronte, Clovelly, Randwick, Coogee, Maroubra and Malabar.
- Budget: Ideally $300–$400 per week, although I’m happy to consider paying more for the right room.
- Furnished: Preferably fully furnished.
- Workspace: Enough room for a desk and two monitors.
- Storage: A reasonable amount of wardrobe/storage space.
- Timing: Looking for somewhere to move in immediately for the next few months.

I’m fairly flexible on location if the room and household are a good fit, so feel free to get in touch if you have something available or know of someone who does.
