Thanks for checking out my profile. I am fairly clean, quiet and respectful. I enjoy chilling at home with a cup of tea, lot of rest, reading and watching Asian comics/dramas online after hard day/week of work. Though more of a homebody, l do go out once in a while to meet up with friends.

I work as a business services accountant FT in city, 1 day WFH, so l would appreciate having a desk to set up a WFH station, and minimal walking distance from train/metro station would be nice. I might work OT late sometimes, so it would be nice to have a safe, well lit pathway home.

To avoid morning rush clashes or evening clutter, may prefer max 2 people per one bathroom in a 4 person house/unit, or one bathroom for a max 3 people house/unit. Though might be flexible depending on other higher priority factors in play.

Would prefer all female flat/house if possible but this is not a must.
