My name is Ilya, I am a 31(32 in three weeks eeek) year old gay guy. I am sociable and would love a house that feels like a home, with group hangs, dinners, games and wine nights? but I love my alone time, and my routine, need that to keep my nervous system in check. Budget would ideally be less than $400.

I love reading, writing, hiking, am a qualified freediving instructor, and an excellent cook when I wanna be. Love going to the gym and seeing films in the cinema, two things I cant wait to get back into now I'll be settled in one place.

For work, I am currently going through an interesting transition, was teaching in Melbourne, but have since become an OF creator and have found I can live comfortably on it, so my main focus is building that through my socials and collaborations. So not a traditional 9-5 I am aware but I'm hoping to find an inclusive house with a positive view of sex work, and paying rent will not be an issue at all.
