My partner and I are from Wales and on our first and second WHV. We both have full time jobs, bartending and labouring and spend any free time surfing, rock climbing, or at the gym. We are a relatively social couple but really value a peaceful household. We are very neat and clean people and are looking for a house with similar values.

We are looking for a 1 bedroom house, studio or granny flat anywhere on the Gold Coast from Surfers Paradise down to Palm Beach. Our preference is to be near to the beach or to have a pool on the property. Our ideal location would be Burleigh Heads/Waters up to Broadbeach/Broadbeach waters.

We are also able to consider a property with 3/4 room as we have two friends, with similar lifestyles looking for a place to live be. For this property we could have a budget $1,000 for 3 bed or $1,300 for 4 bed.

We would like to move in as soon as possible but length of stay is extremely flexible.
