Hi! I'm Bogdan, 29, from Canada, and I've recently moved to Sydney for a full-time management position at a five-star hotel in the CBD.

I'm friendly, easygoing, tidy and respectful of other people's space. I'm quite career-focused, but outside of work I enjoy staying active, exploring the city, trying new cafés and restaurants, and catching up with friends.

I'm social and always happy to have a chat or share a meal, but I also really appreciate a peaceful, comfortable home where everyone respects each other's privacy.

I'm looking for a room in a clean, welcoming flat, ideally with easy access to public transport. My budget is around $550 per week, and I'm hoping to move in as soon as possible.
