I want to live with kind and capable people who know what it takes to have a respectful and peaceful home life. This includes a sense of friendship and community while also living independent lives. People who will share an occasional meal and a bit of life’s journey.
Ideally this would involve an outdoor space with a garden or balcony, a room with some direct sunlight and an existing pet cat or dog that is well cared for, like their human. I do love pets.
With others that can appreciate a casserole and glass of red on a Sunday with vinyl records on a casual night in.
Somewhere respectful and sociable. This includes language, views, conduct and habits. Understanding the need for downtime and nighttime and private space.
I prefer a Formal lease for 12 months and can offer good rental history
