I'm 26 and I'll be working as a tax accountant in the city so I'm looking for a new place to rent, ideally 30 minutes to Flinders Street. Prefer rentals along the O'Bahn. I work fulltime and study 15 hrs a week so I'm busy for about 55 - 60 hrs a week. I've lived in share houses and student accommodations for over 7 years. I'm considerate, cook very little and clean up after myself. I enjoy getting to know people and I'm also respectful of personal space. I’m currently subletting a room in Glenunga (near Burnside village). However, the landlord has a family friend moving in from overseas so I'm looking to move after the end of my contract by the end of August (around the 20th of August).
