Hey there, clean and conscientious experienced housemate just looking for a place for medium term to long term 3 months minimum but possibly longer term. I've been doing the digital nomad thing for 12 months and had to come back to Australia to sort out some life admin things, have been housesitting and would like to find a more permanent place that has a dedicated desk (I work from home). Happy to meetup and chat to see if I'm a good fit. I'm a good cook, love animals and think I'm good fun :) Can provide references etc I work in web design and digital marketing, AI automation, AI vibe coding, so if you're enteupreneurial or techy that's cool too. I'm not looking for a room in a large share house. Moreso maybe to split the rent with someone. I like to have a beer and a chat, watch movies and be a friendly member of the house, but also need my own time and respect that for you too. I'm looking to join / co-create a stable and communicative household. I enjoy tending to my space and would like to share a space with others who also value caring for their space too. I've been living abroad for the past four years and have recently returned to Melbourne where I work as a musician, songwriter and collaborator. I work mostly from my studio in Brunswick. I also study part-time (Bachelor of Counselling and Psychotherapy). Outside of my creative work and study, I love to drink coffee, eat well, keep a regular yoga practice, play snooker and spend time in green places. :)
