Hi there! :) My name is Steph, I'm 27 years-old from Sydney. I'm moving to the Gold Coast for 6 months to work at the Commonwealth Games which is really exciting! I'm super easy-going and very easy to live with, (and very clean!). I love keeping fit and healthy and hoping to find a field hockey club to fit in a couple of games over the Summer. :) I'm looking at places at the moment for a length of stay anywhere ranging from 3 weeks to 6 months.
Pineapple on pizza is essential. Sorry, just had to get that out of the way first 😂 I have found a couple of awesome fully furnished places for rent. If you're interested in having a look, hit me up for the link. Looking to move closer to work. I'm employed at an awesome little coffee roastery in Southport as the Head Roaster. I'm more of a controlled chaos kind of person when it comes to my personal space, but happy to keep communal areas clean and tidy. Tend to keep to myself at home as the day at work is loud and energetic. Pretty much 9 to 10 hours of hard labour every day 😅 Home is my chill out zone. My fortress of solitude so to speak. Weekends are mostly spent at home enjoying sleep ins, Netflix/Amazon/Foxtel binges, gaming on my laptop, the occasional cheeky Gin and Tonic (top shelf only 😅), trips to Gold Class and coffee crawls. Once a month I take a trip to Lismore to visit the family. My must haves for my new place are: - Air conditioning in my room - Unlimited fast wifi - Fully furnished - Queen size bed or larger - A garage space for my car - No Smoking 🚭🚭🚭 - All bills included in rental price - Gay friendly Bonus points if you have fur children and a refrigerator with an ice dispenser 👌 😅
Hi there, I am from Malaysia, Chinese. I am gonna study here in Australia for the next couple of years. Hmm.. living with me would be cool, i guess. I speak 4 languages, so if you wanna learn foreign languages :) I keep stuff as tidy as possible, a tidy place is more comfortable than a wreck, right? Other than between institute and work, I go for jogging to keep fit and healthy. I am also a motorcycle enthusiast, so will be buying one of those in the near future (I prefer quieter bikes if you are worried). Am not particularly a night life, party person. But a little bit of fun from time to time is cool.
Hey wassup my name is Stephen. Im 20 years old, my background is Samoan. Very friendly and is well matured. I am a Christian, that lives for positive vibes 🤙🏾 Im a chill laid back dude that likes adventures, food, and kickin back! I work part time and can always pay rent on time as i have experience at home haha I work all different shifts through out the day at a bread factory in burleigh. So you may see me or not in the day. So i prefer a furnished room or just a bed at least (preferably a long single or queen bed) because im 6'4 haha preferred to share with people my age or around it. Also with the lads! Haha or don't mind if its a mixed gender shared house! Sweet as im out, Godbless
Mike and I (Kevin) are both from Canada and are moving to the Gold Coast with our super friendly Golden Retriever pup, Chevy. I got accepted into the post-graduate medical program at Griffith so will be studying and working at the Gold Coast Uni hospital full-time. Mike will be working full time running an events/catering company and assisting with the Commonwealth Games. We are looking for either our own place or a place to share, preferably near the water as we love the ocean and a park or yard would be great for the dog! We will be moving in to GC in December. We are both non-smokers and fitness-oriented. Can't wait to be GC residents!
There is a tennis court and swimming pool in the complex, also foxtel and internet. Located close to Benowa shops and 15mins to Broadbeach. Its a friendly and quiet complex, as I have a corner block we have a sizeable yard with outside deck and pergola that is private from neighbours.
I'm very clean and tidy, easy going, social and independent. I work a casual job 30-40 hours per week and currently looking for a 2nd part-time job. I have rented a place in Broadbeach by myself for the last 3 years and am looking for a change, so hoping to find a unfurnished room in an established flat or team up to start a new flat. I'm happy to pay a little more if the room has an ensuite. My lease is up on the 24th of October, so I ideally need somewhere to stay asap, I would consider short and long term options. Please message me if you have something suitable. Thanks Mark
Hey! 31 year old sales assistant from Finland looking for easy going flatmates. I'm friendly, tidy and really easy to get along with. I like to keep my all lifestyles healthy. I like sports a variety of formats, such as gym, running and pilates. I am active person who loves life, outdoors, beach, hikes, waterfalls and exploring the coast. I enjoy a clean living environment, relaxed home and positive vibes. I know how to have fun and also respect surrounding people and their space. I'm flexible with moving date and wish finding a place for a long term. I can provide references.
Large waterfront share house with a private pool backing onto a canal. The room available can be furnished or unfurnished and there is large bathroom that is shared with one other tenant. The house is very central, close to transport, shopping centers, parks, Taverns, Surfers and the beach. Your house mates are in their early twenties, we are respectful of each other and there's a great atmosphere. The house has air conditioning, a wood fire and fans in each room plus a pool and BBQ area.

Looking too move around the beginning of november as my current lease will be up then. look forward to hearing from you :)

Fantastic complex in the heart of Benowa. Situated within walking distance of several schools, Pindarra Hospital, public transport and Benowa Gardens Shopping Centre. It's a short drive to beaches and shopping/dining precincts. Modern double bedroom, double wardrobe, recently renovated ensuite and private balcony off the bedroom. Air conditioner included in the room. Furnished/unfurnished bedroom - your choice. Off-street parking in complex is available. The house is fully furnished, however, you are welcome to bring your own nick nacks within reason! Included in the rent is electricity and shared wifi up to 500gb per month for the household.
Very tidy person, I enjoy socialising and a chat, I do respect other peoples space, as I like my own, I'm a quiet person and always able to help with choirs, looking for an unfurnished room with off street parking.
I'm a professional female looking for a place from October - I'm working on the GC2018 project for 9 months, but am looking permanently if I love life down there! I have a very adorable and very well behaved Shetland sheepdog (miniature collie) named Charlie Murphy. He's an indoor-at-night/outdoor doggo who is housetrained (he'll do his business on a mat if he gets stuck inside) and is fine with apartment living - he's pretty lazy during the day because I take him on morning adventures. We've not lived with a cat before, but he's surrounded by cats as neighbours and he has learned that 1) cat is boss and 2) cat will not, in fact, throw the ball. He will chase a ball for days if you let him, and he'll also play hide and seek with you / his toys. True story. He's pretty great. Me: I work in HR and am easy-going, considerate and tidy. I have my own place up here in Brisbane so will probably spend weekends there in the first few months until I decide what to do with it. I (try to) stay active and eat healthily, and am a fairly decent cook so am happy to team up for groceries and play house chef. I'm pretty outgoing and social, but I'd rather not live in a "party house" where there are 50 people over every weekend....mostly because hangovers hurt waaay more now than they did at 21. Happy to socialise over dinner or drinks, also happy to do my own thing! I don't really know anyone on the GC so it would be great to live with people who can show me where the good Thai places / clean beer taps / wicked burgers are, but have their own lives too. I don't have any preferences in terms of gender, sexual orientation or age - the most important thing is that we get along and fit in well with each other. If you have a dog, awesome! Charlie loves mates. I'd ideally like to let them meet first so we can make sure they'll be happy housemates too.
I am a very clean and polite person, I am very out going and love making new friends. I am the eldest of seven so I have a lot of patience as well as a lot of attributes in myself that make me very easy to live with. I enjoy sitting on the couch with a book more then locking myself in my room, I am a non drinker and a non smoker
Just a happy respectful gal looking for a home as the lease is up here. Very mature for my age and polite. Busy with studies most the time and only have 1 friends so don't have to worry about me throwing parties
Looking to find the right female flatmate to live with myself and my children aged 15 & 13. Air-Conditioned room, Netflix available, walking wardrobe & ensuite all to yourself. There is a community swimming pool & tennis court. I keep the house clean and have an expectation that someone sharing will also clean up after themselves. We are pretty sporty and have early starts and early nights too so no partying here.
Benowa is a nice quiet area to live , with Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise only 10-15 mins drive, walking distance from 2 shopping centres , Pindara hospital .Benowa also has some nice parks/walking tracks for those who like to be active. The house is 3 bedrooms 1 bathroom and seperate toilet .Modern KItchen and the living room is a good size for entertainment purposes or just relaxing watching a movie. Out the back of the house is a homely backyard where if wanted a veggie garden or plant to add ur touch that wouldn't be an issue. Also out the back of the house is a semi covered pergola that is perfect for BBQs or entertaining.
My partner and I are super easy to get along with, happy to keep to ourselves and also happy to socialise! We are both very tidy people, my partner cannot stand mess so you'll never have to worry about cleaning up after us! Both working full time hours, and we go to gym at night so we won't be hanging around a lot. We do have two small dogs, both completely non-destructive and toilet trained to a small mat that i constantly clean and can be moved anywhere to ensure is out of sight. We look forward to hearing from you!
Hello :) My name is Gabrielle, I am an American traveler and my boyfriend Chayne is Australian. Him and I are looking for a room to rent for the next couple of months while we both work part time. We are both easy going, open minded and adventurous. Chayne enjoys astronomy and I plan to do my second yoga training within the coming months. Being clean and tidy is also very important. We would love to find a roommate(s) that will happily welcome us :)
