Hi there I'm a 50 year old guy looking to secure a clean, safe and secure place to call home. I have two small well trained obedient fluffy Moodle dogs who pose no risks or issues. They're Hyperogenic so good for people who may have allergies and they do not shed any hair. They're up to date with all their vaccinations and their monthly flea and heart worm treatment. They have recently had a full check up and I was happy to hear they have a clean bill of health. I've been a very domesticated person from a young age and certainly not aftraid of housework. I can also fend for myself and can navigate my way around a kitchen confidently. I may even cook everyone a homemade recipe that's sacred to my families southern European culture with a twist. Very scrumptious. I will never expect others to clean up after my dogs and I the same way as others wouldn't want to clean up after someone else's mess.. I'm a bit of a clean freak so you might see me abusing the vacuum cleaner a bit. I'm happy to share the chores evenly around the place and don't be offended if you have just cleaned an area and you see me cleaning it afterwards as well. It's not you it's me lol. I draw the line with and I won't be doing anyone elses laundry/clothes washing. I'm happy to live with a diverse group of people of any gender and don't have any issues living with anyone from the LGBTQ community either. I'd like to find a place that has good chilled and relaxed vibes where everyone is honest and respectful with each other and each others private spaces and property. I'm big on being open and honest with everyone in a respectful manner and if someone isn't happy with something or bothered by someone, they should feel safe and comfortable communicating this in a peaceful and relaxed environment. We all reserve the right to live in a comfortable and safe house where healthy communication and an inclusive resolution is encouraged by everyone. If you can't tell I'm pretty big on and encourage respectful, open and honest communication.
