I’ve been running a 3-bedroom place near Sunnybank for the last couple of years—kept the lawn looking sharp, furnished it up, found good sharemates, and somehow survived it all without any bond disasters. But here’s the deal: from November 1st, I want to upgrade! Bigger, better, maybe even with stairs. The catch? It’s tough to get approved for anything over $700/week solo although I have 2 years good rental history for $600. So, I’m sending out feelers for a collaborators. About me: I find homestay families and do tours for work, I have a good idea what makes a harmonious home. Chill but responsible—can happily enjoy a chat over dinner or just do our own thing. I'm out of home a lot. About you: Financially stable (steady income is a must to be approved on the lease as a tenant). No pets, sorry—I’m I'm allergic to dust and animal hair Bonus if you like the idea of renting out extra rooms to friendly students/working holiday folks to keep costs down. I've been staying around the Sunnybank area but am keen to try something else, being in close proximity to public transport is a must. Basically, I'm taking a leap by not renewing my current lease and seeing if I can find the right person to team up with.
