I'm a 31-year-old working female, I’m a national manger for a gym franchise and I spend a good chunk of time doing that. When I’m not working, I’m at another gym training or drinking coffee somewhere in preparation for one of the two. I like a private space to come home to but value good banter with roomies. I’m very social but usually away from the house, it’s not uncommon for me to be cooking dinner ~9-10pm after gym so it’s important this isn’t a bother (I’m not playing the drums with frypans but might not ideal if you’re sleeping by then). Non smoking, no kids, no pets but love both.

Hi there! Seeking new house-sharing adventures within inner-Brisbane with quiet, laid-back housemates, of a more independent yet shared nature. Preferably with my own bathroom, must have is a door lock. I'm respectful and considerate to property and housemates. Rent, bills and cleaning always comes first. Lived in sharehouses for 15 years. (While I’ll admit I’m not perfect) I know the drill. I’m fairly quiet and like my own space, but enjoy socialising with flatmates and building a bond together. I'm open-minded. Love pets, cats in particular. All I need is enough secure space to store my belongings and a decent internet connection. Apart from that, I'm easy. I have a reasonable amount of furniture at my disposal and can bring all, any or none with me (apart from my own bedroom gear) to the living spaces. Currently I work afternoons/nights in the customer service/retail industry (not WFH). Basically full-time, always 30+ hours a week. With my hours and wake up times, you won’t have to worry about sharing common areas at peak times too much. I’m single currently and would discuss as a courtesy if that changed. Main passions are craft beer and football (soccer) events around Brisbane, along with time with friends. I usually only have a few quiet drinks a week. I've lived in share houses for 7+ years so fully understand the importance of reliability, cleanliness and privacy vs sociability. I would love to find a place where I don't feel like we are 'in each other's pocket' and there's enough space for me to have a friend over occasionally and we won't be in your way. I do tend to be up late some nights cooking or watching a movie so hoping that won't affect your sleep. My current place is an old-school Queenslander which isn’t very noise-proof so hoping to move away from that 😅😇
