Hey there, My names Henry and I'm a 30 yo secondary school teacher looking for a room in a share house (on a relatively long-term basis). I've lived in share houses before and understand the balancing act of giving people their space but also being down for a chat/coffee/glass of wine/general socialise when the time is right. I don't want to live in a party house (too old for that sort of thing now), but definitely want to live with people who are down to have a chat, cook some food, or hang out on the odd occasion. In terms of my interests, I love music (listening to it, recording it, playing it, talking about it etc), playing instruments, reading books, going for walks and hanging out with friends. Ideally, I'd like to live with people who have some sort of creative pursuit, though this isn't essential. I’m looking for somewhere I can settle into long term, and I’m really not picky about the room or home. I think it all comes down to getting along with your roommates. It is important to me to be by public transport, as I don’t drive.
