I am clean and keep communal areas tidy consistently and expect the same of others with flexibility around that depending on the household routines etc and rosters, neurodivergent challenges and housemates schedules. I like to know your routine if possible so I can have my own routine sorted as well. I like my quiet mornings and wake up around 6am. I prefer to go to bed at 9-10pm most nights during work week as my sleep routine is important to me to be a happy human. I also have a partner that lives seperately to me. We may be wanting to relocate together in the future but for now I just need a stable home.
