Hi! My name’s Amy and I just got a job in Media in Canberra. I’m a pretty easy going person and really just want to relax when I get home. I’m a big music lover (but won’t play loud music late at night) and like to cook. I also am good at cleaning up after myself. I have both lived out of home and with a roommate before. I also have a pug cross beagle (named Pumba) who is super friendly, trained and loves watching TV.
I'm Nicky. 28 years old. A girl from Thailand, who will be moving to Canberra for work. I love the arts and design and I work as a Visual Merchandiser. I am an out-going person and easy to talk to. I enjoy socialising but I also do prefer my alone time. Neat and organised person. Love nature and the great outdoors.
> full-time phd student > friendly and easy-going > respect others' privacy > have a car (so that my roommate and I can go out and have fun on holidays)

Two rooms available in a large, homey sharehouse. PLEASE NOTE - I charge a flat rate which includes Netflix, unlimited internet and utilities for both rooms at $230 and $240 respectively. Any potential pets are welcome but would increase rent by $20pw. The place itself is great. It includes ducted heating, dishwasher, wooden floors, a large backyard which is fully secure and suitable for pets, and directly adjacent to beautiful woodlands in Narrabundah. The toilet is separate to the bathroom. Who we are looking for: Our house is an all-female, LGBT friendly space. I am ideally looking for individuals who are employed full-time and not room hermits. The space is really big and there to be used. That being said as I am out a lot, I am also looking for individuals who are independent and happy to do their own thing. Really a balance between someone who is friendly and happy to chat/have the occasion bevvie, but respectful of personal space. Another key criterion is cleanliness. I like to share the cleaning with my housemates and would ideally be looking to clean shared spaces once a week. I'd like housemates who take the initiative to clean without having to be asked - of course this goes for me as well! Think you'd be a good fit for our home? Shoot me a message! To help me get to know you, please include answers to the following questions: 1 - What do you think makes an ideal housemate? 2 - What do you like to do for fun? 3 - What is your ideal weekend?
Hey! So I'm a student studying at CMA in mitchell, I'll be a qualified beauty therapist by the end of year. I'm quite, clean and very friendly. I tend to get along with anyone. I keep to myself a lot. Although, I don't mind spending a few nights together or having a chat. I'm young and creative and enjoy just hanging around watching Netflix or doing some baking. Always been a Canberra gal, im not a loud person nor am I a partier. That doesn't stop me from the one off nights where I might wanna go out. I'd be down with hanging and having a few drinks. I have a small inside dog, everyone adores him, his a great dog who gets along with other animals too. His names Xavier and his a shoodle :) I can't afford much due to being a student, once I'm a qualified therapist I hope to do mobile/at home treatments. I would prefer living with another individual/2 others or alone. This is due to me being extremely shy. I would like to open up and meet new people though too. I love nerding out- I love marvel, DC, reading comics, game of thrones, rick and morty just to name a few things. Depending how nerdy you are I can play magic the gathering and always down to learn a new thing or two ! I’m super super shy I can’t stress that enough, but once I’m comfortable I’m sure we’d get on fine! I do have a few LGBT friends that would potentially come over so I’d prefer if I was living with someone who accepts them. Let me know if you’d like to know more about me or think we’d be a good match. 😊😊 I’m also able to pay my rent months in advanced if needed.
We are Claire (27, full time scientist) and Chilli (7, full time couch potato) and our parents have finally sold up the house, so we are looking for somewhere to live...from September 2018. Claire has been renting/share-housing since 2014, and Chilli is newer to the game but did so in 2016. A simple description of of us is boring - so clean, tidy, early risers with nanna-bed times who enjoy walkies. Claire is your average human - talks, exercises out of necessity, watches TV (mostly ABC), likes board games and escape rooms, is a dishwasher stacker/unstacker enthusiast, a good cook and an average baker. Chilli is housetrained and all round “good boy” (kid, dog + cat friendly - with NSW Green Collar) whose special skills include sleeping, collecting (soft toys, the occasional cushion), smooching and reclaiming unsupervised food... We spend most weekends (Fri night-Sun) in Sydney with Luke (Claire's husband + Chilli's dad) - Chilli goes too, but we spend about 1 weekend a month in town - and it'd be cool if you'd be okay with the occasional visit by Luke. We would like an unfurnished room, and do have some additional furniture so happy to share or loose it. Flexible with anywhere in Canberra/Queanbeyan, commutable to Deakin. Preferably we’d like you to like indoor dogs because Chilli hates the outdoors. There is the possibility for Chilli to live with his dad + fur siblings....but we'd prefer to be together.
I am a full time student studying at UC. I currently live at home and I am super keen to move out for the first time! I’m fun loving and live for a good chat and a laugh. Im currently working as a receptionist and to unwind from all the customers I like to do a good Netflix binge. I make a delicious sangria and I am currently getting into baking. I’m tidy and respectful. Pretty much I’m excited to meet new people and to have this new experience!
I'm a full time professional working in Science Communication. I'm also studying my Masters part time at ANU. I'm a respectful housemate who loves to have a chat, but also needs a quiet space to do my study. Looking for a friendly housemate to share occasional meals and a glass of wine with.

Hey guys, I just finished my studies for Engineering and keen to start working. I am originally from Brisbane so moving to Canberra is a new experience and i'm really looking forward to it. A bit about myself, I'm laid back and enjoy other peoples company. I love cars, bikes, fitness and recently have taken up photography. In my spare time I enjoy a good neflix binge, play some games and watch some sports. Apart from that I'm very clean, don't smoke and an amateur cook. Look forward to hearing from you.

What I am looking for: -Place close to Yarralumla -Furnished room and clean apartment with internet (Bed is a must, I don't need much besides that) -Fun and respectful flatmates (No pets, as I am unfortunately allergic) What you will get: I am respectful, responsible and tidy, do my part of common housework and enjoy hanging around with new people. I'm a current honours student at ANU studying Psychology and working part time in functions. I'm open to pretty much any housing situation. In my spare time I enjoy reading, the gym and the odd video game.
I have put 6 months, but this is dependant on where I am and compatibility with fellow housemates. I would like it to be more than a year, though. I keep my self to myself and enjoy privacy. Have a beautiful German Shepherd that makes a great guard dog. Not a noisy person and prefers to stay home and Netfix rather than party. I prefer giving my time to my dog more than anything else. I can be a bit messy but get things tidied up. Love to cook when I'm not at work. I am very easy going and love a good sense of humour. Anything else, just ask
I am easy going, tidy, pretty quiet and love to read but am always up for a chat or just to hang out and watch a movie. I work part time at a local cinema and can bribe you with free trips to the movies. I really like music and going out to gigs and concerts. I also quite like a chill beer and bit of pool in a pub.
Hi, I recently started a new engineering job in Canberra and I am currently looking for some fine folk(s) to share a home with in Canberra. A bit about me, my hobbies include cycling, games (electronic and tabletop), I enjoy making (and consuming) interesting food and drink. I consider myself to be house trained and I am happy help out around the house with cleaning, etc. Generally, I am pretty chilled out, I am looking for people to live with, not a bunch of strangers to share a house with.
Hi there, I’m looking for a new place since the current house I’m in is splitting up soon. I’m a 21 year old guy from rural NSW who is working for Google's Project Wing. I’ve been sharing my current house with 4 other people and I am used to cooking and a bit of house banter as well as keeping areas clean and sharing bathrooms. I usually do a bit of tinkering, hiking, photography, footy and mountain biking in my spare time. Let me know if you would be interested in sorting something out. Cheers Marcus
