Toni, 23. I am a young working professional looking to relocate back to Canberra. Am easy going, friendly and tidy. In my spare time I love watching the footy, going bushwalking, meeting new people and I am often volunteering. Am looking for a room in Canberra, preferably north side but either is good for me. Am very chill and easy to get along with :)
Hi :) I have moved to Canberra 6 months ago from the Sunshine Coast in Queensland and have been renting an apartment by myself in Phillip. As renting by myself has become a touch too expensive I have decided to try Flatmates to share the load. I work Full-time in Fyshwick as a Business Analyst and spend my Tuesday and Thursday nights training an under 16 boys soccer team along with playing for a team on Saturday's. When I do have down time I like to spend it watching tv and having a few drinks with friends in the civic area. If I sound like the kind of roommate for you please get in contact. Thank you
Hey! Heather is a organised, clean, flexible, respectful, non smoking/drug using, full time student planning to move from Wollongong to Canberra in the next few months. Current casual disability worker and will seek additional work once settled. More than happy to share chores, etc. Ivy is a social, hypoallergenic, roast chicken loving, house trained, four year old indoor cat. Full time snuggler/sunbather. In her spare time she likes to fetch and take Heather for walks in the backyard to roll in the dirt. We’re a fun, friendly and respectful pair 🙂
ICT policy professional moving from Queensland to Canberra in September. Usually a pretty quiet and chill person usually happy for a chat but can keep to myself if preferred. I have a young cat named spoon, given the situation I may not bring her down immediately. Tend to pass the time by playing a lot of video games, drinking far too much coffee, listening to podcasts, going to gym, and I enjoy parties and going out for drinks. I'm quite flexible in terms of living arrangements. Looking for one of two things, either a short term place to move into immediately once I move to Canberra likely without the cat, or a more long term solution where I could certainly bring my cat and there would be no issues with the pet. Given I'm travelling from QLD I won't be able to inspect the property. Need a furnished room preferably with a desk but happy to purchase my own if required.

This flat comes with sorts of advantages. For location, this flat is very close to Canberra centre. It takes only 2-3 mins to get to Canberra centre on foot. Moreover, there are so many restaurants in this area including local restaurants and Chinese restaurants, and Korean restaurants, etc. It is also convenient for ANU students to commute from this flat to ANU by walking for 10 mins. For safety and ambience, the neighbors of this neighborhood are friendly and nice. In addition, there are few noises during night. Therefore, the residents are seldom bothered and disturbed. As for furniture, some furniture are provided, including washing machine, heater, blanket, microwave oven, fridge, hot water kettle, other appliances, etc. By the way, there is a swimming pool for the residents
Avail from 1st July 2019 Two rooms available in a large, homey share house. PLEASE NOTE - I charge a flat rate which includes Netflix, unlimited internet and utilities for both rooms at $230 (unfurnished) and $240 (Furnished) respectively. The place itself is great. It includes ducted heating, dishwasher, wooden floors, a large backyard which is fully secure and directly adjacent to beautiful woodlands in Narrabundah. The toilet is separate to the bathroom. Who we are looking for: Our house is an all-female, LGBT friendly space. I am ideally looking for individuals who are employed full-time and not room hermits. The space is really big and there to be used. That being said as I am out a lot, I am also looking for individuals who are independent and happy to do their own thing. Really a balance between someone who is friendly and happy to chat/have the occasion bevy, but respectful of personal space. Another key criterion is cleanliness. I like to share the cleaning with my housemates and would ideally be looking to clean shared spaces once a week. I'd like housemates who take the initiative to clean without having to be asked - of course this goes for me as well! Think you'd be a good fit for our home? Shoot me a message! To help me get to know you, please include answers to the following questions: 1 - What do you think makes an ideal housemate? 2 - What do you like to do for fun? 3 - What is your ideal weekend?
Own bedroom and shared bathroom. Ducted aircon and heating. Spacious backyard with puppy included. Fence around the perimeter. Bills additional to rent, Netflix included. 5min to Manuka and Kingston and 10min to the city.
