I'm currently looking for a private room in a sharehouse, unit, granny flat or whole property to rent. I'd like to live with 1 other person or at least 3 other people. I see myself as honest, down-to-earth, confident, easy to talk to, clean, respectful, educated, and easygoing. I'm also a twin. I also love to exercise, so the gym, walking and running. It's very important to me. I also don't smoke, don't drink and hardly ever party. I'm more of a chilled introvert, but I'm also able to socialise and get along with others. I love the gym, running, food, coffee, music, art, cats, nature, walks, movies, conversation, and more. I'm easy to get along with and fully respect the needs, privacy and safety of others. My budget sits at a maximum of $980 a month, so anything from $190 to about $245 a week. My preferred locations are listed below. I'd like to move by August 1 at the latest. Thanks.
