$300/week•33 year old woman
Hi I'm Alca, currently studying master of animation & game design in RMIT and am looking for a room in surrounding area, ideally form Jul/Aug to next Feb/Mar and potentially longer. I'm very familiar with shared house- know very well how to respect others' privacy and space.
I value a clean and organised living environment.
My budget is maximum 300pw - that includes bills and furniture and any other possible fee. So a room around 250pw is ideal depending on size and location.
I'll be needing parking as I have a car.
I'm very proactive, enjoy socializing but also appreciate time being alone. My daily routine is pretty stable at the moment: full-time study, part-time work as a barista and workout. My exercise hobbies include pole dancing, yoga, rollerblading and bouldering. I love drawing, watching sci-fi movies and animation, arts related and classical music.
I hope my future roommates are clean and tidy, respectful not only to each other but also to the common area, open-minded, genuine and independent. It would be great if we have some hobbies matched.
I speak English, Mandarin and some Japanese.
I'm currently staying in North Melbourne and can make an inspection within 2 days.
