Im a chill and easygoing 22-year-old Aussie heading to the Gold Coast for a permanent gig after a month of working away here. You'll find I'm pretty independent during the day – usually out working from around 7 am to 4 pm, though my schedule can have some split shifts. I definitely value my own space, but I'm also up for a chat and have some fun stories from my travels, skating, and surfing adventures. Definitely not an awkward person, so easy to be around. I usually cook my own healthy meals and keep things pretty balanced when it comes to alcohol and temptations. I've lived by myself before & clean up after myself, always very respectful. I don't mind doing the lawns & maintaining the yard, gutters, any cleaning or handyman man stuff. I'm really interested in a room somewhere close to water or skatepark 😂 and looking to move in around May 15th, until whenever but looking to be in the Goldy for at least a year. Hey! I’m Tayla and I’m 27. I currently work full-time with the QLD Government up in Brisbane City. While the commute can be lengthy, I’m not ready to leave the beach just yet! My work hours are during the week which means I’m not home a whole lot in that time and then the weekends are when I like to relax or spend time socialising with my friends. I also enjoy going to the gym 4-5c per week or a beach walk when I get time. I am a very clean and respectful person, I value having a relaxing and tidy home to come home to and ideally would like to share a place with someone who thinks the same. I enjoy the occasional social drink and not a smoker. Definitely not looking to move into a party house or loud and late environment. I ideally would like to move into a place where I friend the person/s I’m living with rather than just being awkward unsocialable housemates - I find this makes for a much more comfortable environment to live in.
