We are Bree and Cate, two women aged 26 and 23, both employed, non smokers, who are looking for 1 or 2 others to join us in renting a house in the Springfield Central area or one of its many surrounding suburbs. We are currently inspecting houses in this area and welcome any would-be roommate to join the lease so as to show real estate agents that we have a larger combined tenant income (the incomes of 3 or 4 being more impressive than just 2) so that we can secure approval for a house faster. Our move-out date is between June 1st and June 8th as we have a lease ending at this time. The suburbs we are interested in include Springfield, Springfield Lakes, Spring Mountain, Bellbird Park, Brookewater, and Redbank Plains. Would-be roommates who use public transport will appreciate that all of these suburbs have ample bus services, while Springfield and Springfield Central each have a train station along the Springfield Line which leads through Brisbane's city centre. We both have employment (8 years and 7 years with our current jobs), reliable income, and a perfect record of paying rent in full and on time. Cate has six years of experience renting and living with roommates. Our hobbies are quiet and unobtrusive; we are tidy and respectful of others, their belongings and their space; and we are capable communicators.
