I'd love it if the place comes with pets, as I currently live with one other and her dog who I'll miss very much. I'm looking to move before 10 August, but it can be pushed to around 5 September at the latest. I work full-time in Fortitude Valley as a manager at a pet store, so if you have pets I am your guy! Outside of work I am studying/working towards a certificate in WHS (eventually a diploma) which consumes some more of my time.
