Hey! I'm 24, working full time at a cafe in Richmond Mon-Fri. I like getting to know my housemates and hanging out with them at home. Though I'm often out with friends, at gigs, camping, volunteering at music festivals and away for weekends visiting my parents who live in regional Vic. Passions are live music, cooking, bloody mary's, finding cute dogs in parks to pat, growing plants, binge watching TV shows. I've lived in a few share houses and would say I'm quite clean and know how to be respectful of other people's space/things. I'm looking for a double unfurnished room to move in from around the end of June/start of July, date is flexible though, ideally in Richmond, Hawthorn, Camberwell, Glen Iris area.
quiet, clean and fun to be around also easy going couple who plays jokes on each other often, partner is a international student im an australian i smoke socially partner is a social drinker.we are sociable but also like our space and know when space is needed.
I assure you I am uncomplicated and easy to live with. My uni courses are usually intense so I'm not someone you find sitting around at home. In my free time I love being outside. If you're in for going out exploring the city or having a beer together then I'm in. I look forward to meeting you! Almost forgot the basics: I'm from Germany, studying interior architecture at Swinburne
Hey guys, A little bit about the house, it is a 3 bedroom, one bathroom town house located in Camberwell. Coles, Woolies, Target, Camberwell Train Station, 72/75 tram lines are within 5-10 minutes walking distance from the home. Parking isn’t an issue; we have an extra parking permit. The house has air con, ducted heating, Internet and a little back yard. The room has a bed and mattress (if you want to bring your own that's fine) with a wardrobe. The rest of the house is furnished. Rent is $876.34 a month excluding bills. The room is currently available.
Hello, My name is Ashok Meghwal and I am from India. I am coming to Hawthorn campus of the Swinburne University of Technology to pursue my PhD. I am a very easy going and friendly person. I like to travel to new places and like to cook Indian food, watch movies and play cricket and volleyball. I am very much focused on my work and like to keep things and stuff clean always. I did my masters from Germany and spent some time in the Netherlands as well. So, I know very well how to interact with people of different culture and enjoy life. I will be coming to Melbourne on 22nd July 2017. Looking forward to finding awesome flatmates. Cheers.
Hey there! I'm Carmelo, 29/ Italian , working FT in constructions. I'm ideally looking for a room around Hawthorn or Brunswick (these 2 sides of the city) I'm friendly, clean, house_share_trained, easygoing , and looking for same future flatmates. I can make an amazing Carbonara ...and that might be enough to get the place, without considering a funny accent included in the package 😂 Let me know! Thanks guys🤞🏻 Ps: I'd need to find something as soon as possible
The apartment is on the 2 floor, it is a large 2 bedroom flat ( the room fits a king Size bed, desk, bed side tables and has large built in's) the apartment has a separate toilet form the shower and bath, large lounge/ dinning room, BBQ out door area, large kitchen and separate laundry ( which is rare!) This is a great sunny apartment with lots of natural light to open up all the rooms and is completely furnished except your room. There is onsite parking at the rear where your car will be safe. We have never had any troubles with our neighbors or noise in the apartment block. Hawthorn east is a wonderful place to live with lots great cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is next to Rathmines oval and located between Auburn and Camberwell station so public transport is not a issues. Burke and Glenferrie Road are a short distance away 2-5 minutes (cloes, woolworths, gyms, movies, shops). This apartment has broadband internet and will be included in the rent. This apartment has a great atmosphere and vibe and it will be missed! This is a great apartment and hard to find available in a fantastic location like this. Would be suitable for male or female professional or a student. This room will be available from the 9 july until around late mid/ late February.
Big Sun-Facing room, with a private balcony. On second floor. Bathroom shared with 2 others, with a bath and shower. Real big back yard with a BBQ & sitting areas, and a rad shed area too. Comes with a bed and a desk, but happy to remove these if you have your own furniture. Room is available from the 17th, but with the possibility of moving in sooner, if you need. Great transport close by, with a 10 min walk to Camberwell Station and a 1 min walk to trams 70 & 75. Great area, with a 5 min walk to Coles, and a 5 min walk to Bourke road's shopping area and cool little cafe's. 20 mins from CBD.
Hey everyone, I’m relocating to Melbourne soon- and would love start a sharehouse or move in with some chilled-out, open-minded people! It’d be good to move in with people who I’m on the same page as- however we don’t need to have identical personalities, since most of my friends are very different from me and I like diversity anyway. :) I respect people’s need for space as I often require my own, however I’m also really social and would love to be living with someone who I can also hang out with- which would be the most comfortable and ideal setting for a home. As for my (personal) interests, I adore music and all things fiction- books, movies, TV and comics are what my hobbies revolve around… and my other interests revolve around socializing, live music and similar events. I’m very open to new things and people, and would love to hear from you guys- don’t be shy to swing me a message! :) (Note: my preferred suburbs and move date just close estimates and are flexible.)
Hello everyone! Looking for a nice little space in a friendly atmosphere to live. Close to public transport, gardens or beach would be ideal! I'm respectful, clean and responsible with bills. I have an active daily routine as Im a Landscape design student and working part to full time. Also like to spend time outdoors admiring nature's beauty and love to do exercise, specially swimming. I'm independent but also like to catch up at the end of the day and share dinner and chill at home. Please send me a text if you think we can share a home :)
Hi there! I am coming to Melbourne to study for 3 month and I am looking for a house/flat to share with nice people. I am very quiet and easygoing. I like literature, cooking, jazz and dancing lindy hop. When the weather allows and I have time I also enjoy spending time in the mountains. I don't smoke and don't have a pet, but I really really like animals. I am looking for a place with people I get along with rather than just somewhere to stay.
Daniel Tsai, Taiwanese Kiwi, 25 yrs old male. Relocating to Melbourne from Auckland on the 22th May. I play volleyball, badminton, swimming and gym occasionally. Speaks Mandarin and English.
Hi there! I work at St Vincent's Hospital as an Occupational therapist (bonus points if you know what that is)! I have great house sharing habits - clean, friendly and always down for a wine/uber eats. I am looking for someone to share a 2 or 3 bed apartment/house - I have most furniture required (tho my fridge is a little on the small size).
Hi I'm Emma. I'm pretty chilled out. I'm clean and tidy and love to cook. I'm easy to get along with and I don't have noisy gatherings as I love my sleep and reasonably early nights although I do know how to party on the odd occasion I do go out. When I do I usually stay at a mates place with the rest of the crew. I'm 19 and work in Camberwell on burke road and as I don't have a car easy access to public transport is a must (trains, 70/75/72 trams). I'm a non-smoker so would prefer a non-smoking environment as smoke sets of my asthma. Occasionally I will have my boyfriend stay overnight/for a weekend but if I have roomies I'll run it past you first. Growing up with a large family and living with 6 roommates in a university residences I know how to live with other people. I love to listen to music and try new foods. I'm always up for exploring and Loe crappy reality tv shows. I have traveled a fair bit for my age too. I'm hoping to find some new friends not just roommates so I'm down for house dinners and chilling out at night watching tv.
I am looking for a professional female to join me in sharing my 2 bedroom apartment in Hawthorn. The apartment is Art Deco style, has high ceilings and period detailing, an eclectic aesthetic as well as a renovated kitchen and bathroom. The room available is suitable for a queen size bed, and a wardrobe or tall boy for clothes storage - it has no built in robes, the rent price reflecting this, however there are other storage options within the apartment for any overflow of clothes etc, which we could work out. The room comes with an off street carpark, and is not furnished, however, I do have furniture which you may like to use in the room, but no bed. The rest of the property is fully furnished and I will happily share all my kitchenware and home appliances with you. I work full time and study full time, so am pretty busy but like to come home and have a glass or two of wine and relax. It'd be nice to find someone who is friendly and neat and would enjoy eating the odd meal together/have a chat etc. I am pretty tidy and clean and am looking for someone who cleans up after themselves and pitches in with household duties. The right person would be open and friendly and relaxed as I want to feel like the shared spaces are comfortable to co-inhabit without feeling awkward or non engaging. Rent would be $820pcm, utility bills extra, split equally. Internet is $20.00 per month. You would have to be approved by my real estate agent, and your name would be put on the lease. I will be making times for people to come and have a look in the next week or so... Kind Regards, Jessica
I'm friendly and love meeting new people. I'm very neat and will always clean up after myself, so you don't have to worry about mess. I love music, working out and the beach :)) I study full time so I'm generally pretty quiet, but I do love a Saturday night out with mates, or even just relaxing and having a few drinks. Won't ever be any trouble x

Hey Flatmates, I work full time as a Health & Nutrition Coach and genuinely love what I do. Combine that with 6am gym, social life and trying to be an adult, I am busy a lot of the time, but enjoy downtime at home when I can. I enjoy making a house a home, debriefing about our days over good meal (I make a mean smashed avo so your house deposit is safe), and generally making a house comfortable and welcoming. I'm a big sharer so you're welcome to use all of my things - coffee machine and food processor included! I've lived in Italy for 12 months and explored a lot of Europe solo, so I'm always up for a spontaneous adventure or trying new things. I'm super health conscious (don't smoke, rarely drink, eat clean), fitness focused - but not weirdly mental about it. I'm respectful of other peoples space, belongings, clean up after myself and love getting outdoors. As a fully fledged foodie, you'll most likely find me eating my way around Melbourne's best cafes and attempting to find the city's best coffee. I always pay rent & bills on time and years of share house living means I'm fully housebroken and down with all the usual stuff that goes along with living with others. A glass half full kind of girl, drama free and like to see the positives in all situations.
