The apartment is located in the Camberwell junction area, with both 70, 75 and Camberwell station very close by, making it a very easy commute to the CBD. The space includes the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with the bigger main bathroom being yours, as well as laundry facilities. The open kitchen features a dishwasher, oven and gas cooktop, microwave and fridge. The living room leads out onto the balcony. Enjoy use of the common gym, residents' lounge and adjoining garden. The building is very safe with security entry and lift access and secure parking can be negotiated as an added expense. There is also available storage cage space. Bills are included in the cost as well as internet sorry it won't let me change it! hahaha
Note: I have 1 well trained very friendly dog (6 years old). Happy to pay an extra $30-$40 a week for him. There will need to be a fenced back or front yard with some grass for him. I walk my dog daily and he sleeps during the day. In the evenings he likes to lie down and do surveillance of the front street scape or back yard (especially if there are possums or cats in the area). I will be leaving him inside during the day while I am at work. He also sleeps in my room when I go to bed. I am from Perth and looking to move to Melbourne. I’m creative, very easy going and like eating healthy. I would preferably like to share with 1-3 others and non-smokers. Don't need parking. I am looking to rent not too far from High Street in Northcote. But also considering other areas.

Hey there potential new friends! I’m a bubbly graphic designer who’s is very organised and tidy. I am very considerate when I share spaces with others. I have a tendency to clean and tidy a lot. I freelance design so sometime I’m at work all the time, sometimes I work from home and sometimes not at all. I’m a bit of a homebody and I have an 8yo cavoodle who is just the best. She doesn’t shed either
I work full time in local government. I have a little puppy called Lucie. She is a toy poodle. I love spending time with her. She is very friendly and house trained. I do Pilates two times a week. I love spending weekends with friends, going for a walk, drive to Dandenong ranges or beaches. I like eating healthy. I’m very organised, clean and tidy at home. I am looking for someone to share with similar life style.
I'm an easygoing and friendly individual who is currently studying Health Science at Deakin College and plan to transfer into 2nd year of Deakin University next year. I'm also working part time.
I work full time as a Civil Engineer. My background is Venezuelan and I have lived in Melbourne most of my life. I'm a bit of a homebody during the week but I love to pack my weekends with activities. I am looking for a two bedroom apartment, preferably near public transport stops and shops.
I'm a Manan and currently living and working full time as a Civil engineer in Hobart (Tassie), I will be moving to Melbourne in late December and will working with the same company in Melbourne CBD. I'll be starting work on Monday January 6th so will be looking to move before that. I am looking for a place to live in Melbourne or surrounding suburbs in a shared house or even looking to team up to find somewhere new. I have experience in share house living, having spent the last year in a share house in Hobart. I enjoy keeping fit and active, and also enjoy socialising and having a few drinks on the weekend too. When not working, I enjoy going to the beach and playing sports.
Hey everyone, i'm looking for a new place in the New Year (preferably on the 10th, but any time after the 2nd should be fine. Length of stay is flexible.) Location's important, but i'm mostly looking for a friendly home environment where everyone feels comfortable and i'm open to heaps of different personalities/lifestyles! :) About me, i've been living out of home since I finished high school and have an excellent rental history- always on time with rent, bills and cleaning (I can provide references from real estates and even some old housemates!) I also just like to be a considerate housemate, I like to bring a warm vibe home and i'm still close friends with many of my old housemates! I'm super respectful of privacy/boundaries but love being able to chat with housemates too, it's nice to really feel at home- at home. :) (I'm always down to share a chat over a meal or just generally catch up.) I work full-time in the city but also have a writing career i'm starting in Feb, which is meant to slowly take over as my main job along with my various freelancing endeavours (writing webcomics, clothing/costume commissions and helping on film/TV sets!) So i'm definitely a creative type at heart, but also love to stay fit and spend alot of time socializing/exploring outdoors/having some bevs on the weekend to relax from my crazy schedule! I'm also generally just looking for new hobbies/experiences, I like to keep things interesting and enjoy as much stuff out there as I can. I'm honestly not great at writing about myself, but if I sound like someone you wouldn't mind having in your place shoot me a message and ask me some questions! I'm looking forward to meeting some people and seeing how we go. :) Thanks, -Dureece
Hi there, I am Renee, an international student, studying in Melb Uni now and also doing a casual job three days a week in a small firm. I appreciate a place which is like a real home to live and flatmates who are like families. I have been living with other local family around two years, we get along very well and become forever friends. As my studying is finishing soon, so I am thinking about moving out and looking for a place closed to workplace. I am caring and sharing, sensible, conscientious, honest, agreeable and easy to get along. I like dogs, my old home has two puppies. I like music and movies, hope we can watch movie together at home sometimes, enjoy playing soduku and puzzle and traveling. I also go to church every weekend.
