Hi I'm Jess, I'm a uni student about to start my Honours at Swinburne. So I am looking for a relaxed environment where I can study. But I definitely do still like to have some fun and make new friends. I work part time as Personal Trainer so I will need to leave the house early in the morning but don't worry, I'm like a ninja. My partner Jack and I are both very understanding people and love to get out and explore all of the great food and events in Melbourne. Jack is an aspiring movie critic so he always has great film recommendations. ;) He is also at uni so we are both in and out a lot. We are tidy people and tend to do our own thing so we are great if you want no fuss roommates. We are also looking for a place where we can get a kitty! But this isn't a deal breaker. haha

Hello potential roommate! My name is Kyran, I've lived in Geelong for the last four years. I finished my bachelor in Architectural Technology this week and I'm looking to move back up to Melbourne now that I am done. Though I loathe the term, I am best defined as an entrepreneur. I'm starting up a retail power company. Other than that I fancy myself a bit of a chef. I'm into eating and living healthy. I practise martial arts, meditate and read. Comes fully house trained. I enjoy living in a clean house. That translates to things like; washing dishes nightly, packing up after finished, and general organisation. Other than that I've run a share house for the past 3 years. I am looking for a room big enough for a queen sized bed. I also use a fair bit of freezer space. I've got a few goodies that I would be bringing, all of which I'm happy to be communal. Things like a push button coffee machine, sous vide cooker, Olympic weights, fitness gear, and other bits and bobs. My ideal house mates are future friends. That tends to be people who are ambitious, enjoy a healthy lifestyle, and love a deep conversation.

Your house: The house is a 3 story warehouse convert in what can only be described as a quirkly little compilation of even quirkier apartments. You’ll find your self in a mint location, split evenly between the spoils of both Burke Rd (Camberwell) and Glenferrie Rd (Hawthorn) precincts. You’ll be a 7 minute walk from Auburn station – which connects to the port of Richmond station and is situated on the Belgrave/Lilydale line. The house has 2 sets of locked parking, which you’ll share with housemates on a rotating roster. Your room – a spacious room on the ground floor of the apartment. You will be sharing an ensuite with one other housemate however you will have your own vanity. It has built in robes and plenty of power points for all your technologies. It really is a fun and spacious space. The boring stuff: Unlimited Internet is available. Bills are split and paid upon receipt. New housemates must be willing to enter on to the 12 month lease agreement replacing the outgoing tenant. Rent is $198.25 p/week, paid monthly to a total of $793.00 Bond is $1260 paid upon approval from leasing agent.

Looking to find a great place to live in Melbourne. I've been living in Melbourne for around 6 weeks, staying at my cousins, but now I want to find a place close to the city where I can relax but also have a great time. I'm originally from Manchester, England... and have moved to Australia for work. For work: I work in Marketing for Crown I have a work hard/play hard mentality. I work long hours during the week so like to spend my weeknights either playing sport/working out or relaxing with dinner and a movie. Of a weekend, I like to go out into the city, check out the bars, maybe catch the soccer or go see some live music.
*Looking for FEMALES only 🙋🏼 Hey I'm Olivia, A 22 year old female who moved to Melbourne about 4 years ago to pursue football (soccer). I consider myself an approachable and friendly pseron with a strong sport/fitness background. So I would love a housemate or two that shares that passion as well. If not, that's totally fine as I am quite the girl outside of soccer, as I work in retail when I'm not studying my butt off. When I'm not studying or at the gym/soccer I pretty much doing nothing other than have a wine at home, attempt to cook or watch Netflix. So I really am after a partner in crime to explore Melbourne with on their days off. House wise obviously I'm more than happy to put in with chores etc. But I'm after a place that's sociable together and not someone who is going to blow my ears out with music and parties every weekend. HAHA 😂 I also better throw in here that I do have a cat! She has lived indoors her entire life and actually has a letter of recommendation from a past landlord, so she won't be an issue securing a place. Enough rambling, just ask if you wanna know more! 😊
Hey! I'm Hayley, I'm 23 years old and working full time as a hotel manager. When I'm not at work I love going out with friends and checking out new cafes and bars, but when I'm home I love a good chat or relaxing in front of a movie. I'm pretty flexible with my move date and would ideally like to start a sharehouse with one or two others so if you're interested please send me a message! Otherwise I'd love to hear from you if you think I'd fit in well with your sharehouse :)
Hey everyone, we have one room available now which has a shared bathroom (with me), dishwasher, house alarm, laundry, central heating, outside areas... permit parking is on the street but lots of it. We are looking for a responsible, non-smoker, who likes to have a dinner and chat, watch a movie from time to time, trip to the gym or pub. Unfortunately we cannot accept pets as part of our lease. We are two early thirties females. Rent is $913 per month plus utilities (internet, electricity, gas, water), bond is $715. The room is unfurnished but the rest of the house is furnished. Extremely close to public transport, cafe's and local shops. Tram on your doorstep will take you straight into the heart of Richmond and the city. The bedroom is large and bright with spacious built in robes. The large living area looks out onto a lovely courtyard and garden area, great for entertaining or a wine after work. The remainder of the house comprises of polished floorboards, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and air-conditioning in the main living area.
Hi future flatmate, I'm a very easy-going, clean, responsible, uncomplicated and respectful person. I've lived in shared apartments before and have always gotten along with my flatmates really well. I'm usually at uni or working during the week and spend my free time and evenings with friends or doing flips and getting thrown in the air (I'm a competitive cheerleader ;)). When I'm home I like to relax, cook delicious meals and bake even more delicious treats. I enjoy spending time on my own but am also always up for a good chat. If you feel like we'd be a good fit shoot me a message :) Excited to hear from you. Angelika
MASTER BEDROOM PLUS ENSUITE BATHROOM available in the highly sought after Rivoli Gardens apartment complex. Stunning city views and facing Fritz-Holzer park. Underground garage remote controlled secured parking. Situated a stones throw away from Burke rd Camberwell shops, stations and trams. Perfect for people seeking the fantastic lifestyle benefits of Hawthorn East.
This 2brm unit is super easy to live in - not too big, not too small :) I've pretty much got everything furnished and the kitchen is complete, you'll just have to take care of your room which includes a built-in and easily fits a queen bed but if you've got anything you'd really love to contribute then I'm sure we can make it work. The location is most convenient, only 700m walk to Auburn train station or 800m to Camberwell and the 70, 72 and 75 trams are all really close - take your pick! Coles, Burke Rd and Glenferrie shops aren't too far away either.
Hi there, I'm Amy, a 26-year-old high school teacher from Queensland. I am moving down to Melbourne next year and am coming down in December to try and score a great place to live! I'm fairly active and play various sports, dance ballet, run and enjoy a good kickboxing session. I also really love the arts, so I'm constantly on the lookout for new exhibitions/shows to see. I love to cook and make a mean chocolate souffle. I am a clean freak and would prefer to live with someone at least a little similar. I have shared before with no issues and am very reliable. I would love to live with someone who's happy to socialise every once in a while but also understands the balance between this and personal space. I don't own any pets but will love yours as my own. If you think I would fit in nicely in your home please get in touch! :)
My name is Laura Onate, I am from Colombia (Southamerica). I am 25 years old and I am studying English with my boyfriend at Swinburne University for six months. We both are civil engineers, wanting to get our English better. We are looking for a room, where we can sleep together.
I'm a PhD student at University of Melbourne. I am from Colombia and have spent my last five years living in different places abroad, the last two living here in Australia. I'm really laid back, easy to talk with. I'm tidy and clean or at least try to keep things like that. I want flatmates to socialise with but also keep each other privacy. During my free time, I like to watch TV/movies, explore the city, go out with friends, try restaurants.
I live just outside of Melbourne, so im looking for a place thats closer into town! I have 2 jobs and i am studying full time at La Trobe Uni. I'm an easy going person, who can get along well with everyone but i also appreciate quite time during the week if i have to study. With time off, i am a brunch enthusiast, love going to gigs when i can, hanging out with friends and seeing what Melbourne has to offer! I'm looking for 3 - 4 house mates and i am looking to pay no more than 200 per week! Looking for a place to move into with people who don't have a huge age gap. (preferably 18 - mid to late 20s) or making a share house with 3-5 people. Thanks, guys
Flexible with move in date in January / February. Apartment is cosy, but a great location! About a 5 minute walk to the closest train station that goes direct into the City. Also, 10-15 minute walk away from Glenferrie and Camberwell Junction. Apartment does have one car bay, which you can have! The bills for water and energy come quarterly and are generally quite low! Your bedroom is big enough to have a double or queen bed. While it also has a little study nook. Overall, it's in a great location and it comes with a pretty easy going flatmate ;)
Hey! I moved from Perth earlier this year. I work in travel and am fairly sociable. However I do like coming home to a clean and tidy place as I also like to have some me time! I am a horrendous cook, so I keep it simple...which also means minimal mess! Ideally my new flatmate(s) will be clean, tidy and respectful and sociable! Currently living in an apartment in Hawthorn East. Flatmate has decided to venture out to a bigger house and I am looking to either stay where I am or meet some new people and move elsewhere. My lease finishes end of January, so my move in date is a little flexible. Ideally looking for a flatmate or two!
Hi! I'm an English and Drama teacher at Swinburne Senior Secondary College. As well as teaching 3-4 days per week, I tutor VCE students and write for an education magazine. In my spare time I love reading, swimming, books and music. My partner Rosie is a student at Holmsglenn, in Glen Waverly, and she is an incredible gardener. She can grow food, fix the kitchen sink, propagate natives... anything practical, she's onto it. She also plays violin, swims, reads, and does her homework. We're both clean and tidy and very responsible with our bills and payments. PETS: The kitten in the picture is not coming with us!! We are planning to adopt a dog but will make sure it is well trained (if you are worried we can pay a pet bond to put your mind at ease!). We are looking for somewhere green and quiet. An enclosed yard, trees, and spaces to grow vegetables are a plus, as is proximity to parks/rivers/creeks/national parks. I'd prefer to catch the train to work so walking/riding distance to the Belgrave line train station would be amazing. Neither of us smoke, and we have our own furniture.
