The place is a great art deco flat that is about as close as you can get, to being in a house, while still in a flat. There is an exceptionally pleasant and large balcony adjacent to the lounge room. The place stays rather cool in summer as long as windows etc are kept shut and can be heated easily in winter - there are heater for you to use. There is a fully equiped kitchen and washing machine. We can get Netflix and there is decent unlimited wifi. It is a lovely little street and you can see the stars most nights. The house and room are fully furnished. I can even supply sheets and towels. It is very spacious for two people. And only 8 mins from Auburn station on the Belgrave, Lilydale and Alamain lines. We can split the bills or arrange an inclusive price. Commencing a PhD in August 2019. In my spare time I do triathlon and lots of cycling (bonus points if you do too!). I love cooking healthy food and am more often than not trying to get an early night! I love to keep a clean and tidy house and would like flatmates to be the same. I have my own property in the UK and would treat my new place like my own home. I also have a bike that will need storing securely (inside!).

Hi there! My name is Keletso and I am from Botswana, moved to Melbourne for school and work. I’m studying full time at Deakin University and work as a casual at Sunglass Hut. I am a very easy going person and definitely easy to get along with. Also, I’m a very cleanly person so you will never complain about mess with me. Ideally I’d like my flatmate to become a friend rather than just an acquaintance I happen to live with. I enjoy going out - having drinks with friends, restaurants, concerts, festivals etc but I am also very content with staying home and watching a movie/show with a nice home cooked meal (Best of both worlds) If this sounds like you or someone you can see yourself getting along with please don’t hesitate to message me 😊.
Hey I’m Bella 👋🏼 Working full time in the public sector, studying law part time, love a cheeky wine on a weeknight and watching the footy. I am clean, respectful and accommodating of people’s schedules and habits and am quite social. I have a little cat, her name is Daphne and she is exceptionally house trained and well behaved - current housemate can attest to that and provide a character reference if needed haha. Short haired, playful and very affectionate. I’m looking a long term housing arrangement, furnishing not required as I have been living out of home since 2013 and am self sufficient. I have a budget of $200pw (excluding bills) and need to be close to public transport for my daily city commute :)
I am a working professional with a 9-5 lifestyle. I clean up after myself, tend to cook once or twice a week. Experienced with good track record of share housing and on-time with bills. I am after an unfurnished room + ensuite/own bathroom, no shared bathroom please. Also can't live with pets, soz! I am happy to hang out but love my own space; respectable of yours too. If you have a brand new and super clean abode, please do reach out to me! :)
