Hi, I am Leanne, I work in the travel industry and love my job, maybe to much but I have been to 73 countries and still counting, so it has its benefits. I do work long hours and travel interstate for work. I am moving down from Sydney so keen to explore Melbourne and see which city truly is the best! I live a healthy life (but also have a rubber arm for nice wine, cheese or chocolate!). I like being out and about socialising with friends as well as relaxing at home with a Netflix binge! I'm a bit of a foodie and love trying new cafes and enjoy cooking. I'm looking for an easy going, considerate housemate. Someone who is fun and positive, who is happy to socialise over a meal/drink every now and then but also enjoys their own space. I’m a clean and tidy person so am looking for someone who is tidy also. Please reach out to me if your room is within budget/location/private room with own bathroom only to ensure we are helping each other find the right new home/flattie
(Looking for a female flatmate only sorry to the guys out there but please only contact us if you’re female.) The apartment is lovely, with a Parisian vibe. Private access to an outdoor patio directly from your bedroom. The apartment is located in a secure building, Privacy from the street and buzzer with an intercom. The place is fully furnished, air conditioning, smart TV and free access to our Netflix account. We also have fast and unlimited NBN here for streaming tv shows, movies or for use for your work or studies (this is $23 each a month). 👍 The room comes furnished with a queen size bed and a built in wardrobe, a side table/shelf with lamp and a single set of draws for your socks etc ☺️ Laundry is combined with bathroom so you can wash your clothes in the apartment. We are located on the ground floor and therefore have our own private patio off the bedrooms. 8 minute walk to restaurants in camberwell and 8 minutes walk the opposite direction to the (Alburn) train station (15 minutes to the city). Easy to get to Camberwell Woolworths or Coles for groceries and 4 minute walk to a nice cafe we recommend for breakfast and great Coffee. Close access to public transport, Camberwell shopping precint and well known Rivoli cinema, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes all walkable. Bills are: electricity and fast NBN internet. You don’t pay for water or gas. We have wifi here, split between three of us. We both are very respectful and considerate people. We are looking for the 3rd housemate who is also working full-time, clean, enjoys to be social but also like their own space.
am a full time working personal as a software developer, clean & tidy person, tech-savy. Apart from my work, I play volleyball, go to gym, swimming 2-3 days a week. Am happy to meet new people/make new friends. :)
This place is 10 min walk from Auburn Station or Camberwell Station and 20-25 min from the city by train. The Camberwell shops are only a 5 min drive away and there are plenty of nice brunch places within walking distance and the surrounding Hawthorn/Camberwell area (Legacy, Lighthouse, Collective Espresso, Hello Sailor). Lots of dinner spots as well along Burwood Rd and Glenferrie Rd (St Cloud, Santoni etc). It's a bright place with lots of natural light looking out to neighbourhood trees.
Nice cosy furnished bedroom available in flatshare. The bedroom is fully furnished with king single bed, desk, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelving unit and faces East with plenty of morning sunshine. I’m looking to share with a girl who is happy and enjoys coming home to a tidy and peaceful home. Would suit student or full-time employed with very similar working hours to mine (9am-5.30pm) for long or short-term rent. PLEASE NO NIGHT OWLS! As for me, I work full-time as a graphic designer (9am-5.30pm). When I’m not out catching up with friends or family, or at the gym or furniture shopping, I’m watching a film at home, reading, or ‘attempting’ to cook a delicious meal. Please contact me either via email or phone me after hours to arrange a time to meet. I cannot take calls during work hours. Rent $960 PCM (includes gas, electric, internet + hot water). Bond $960. No couples, no pets, no smoking. Bedding (sheets/pillows/quilt + sheets) can be provided. I love living here and hope you will too!
Hi :) I feel like I'm a pretty easy person to live with :) I'm clean, friendly and always happy to have a wine and a chat but I also respect other people's privacy and keep to myself.
I’m Swedish but been living in Melbourne for 4 years. Work full-time as a corporate receptionist. Love to be around people all the time (obviously have days where I just want to be by myself). Train at least 5 days a week. Try to hang out with friends as much as I can. Also like to have it nice and tidy where I live. :)
