I have a lovely sized bedroom available for rent in Hawthorn East. It is a good sized room with a built-in-robe. The apartment is furnished, but the bedroom available is not. The kitchen/living/dining area are spacious and filled with lots of light and all the main items required. The apartment is close to shops, public transport and good coffee! It is also located near the bike path which is lovely to walk/run along. Bills are in addition to rent. They are for electricity, water and Internet / Foxtel (combined). Unfortunately no pets allowed.
I am currently studying science at monash uni and working part time. In my spare time I love baking (huge sweet tooth) , wine n cheese and watching far too much tv.
I am somebody who is easy to live with. Meaning I keep the place clean and make sure I tidy up after myself (this is not a subjective matter clean and tidy does not look like a mess haha). I believe that living in a enjoyable environment makes for a better quality lifestyle.I am also a friendly person and love playing sports who enjoys good company. I'm really looking for a place to call home at least for a while since I'm just getting out to work.
Hey everyone, I’m looking for a room near Hawthorn- flexible with length of stay/suburbs/move date, and open to teamups. :) I don't really mind who you are or what things you like doing, the only traits i'm really looking for are people who are laidback, open-minded and considerate of personal boundaries like privacy and comfort zones- if we get along well, nothing else is a concern for me. ...and punctuality with rent/housekeeping, but I suppose that's a given. 😌 I'd like to establish a cosy home atmosphere where everyone can feel genuinely "at home" and not just staying somewhere, and where there's no constant pressure to socialize but the opportunity is always there- it'd be great to live with people who can give you space but also have a good chat with. I love doing things that involve film, music, games and outings such as live events- and especially love it when there's other people to do it with, so flatmates who'd like to do those things are a bonus. If those things aren't really your cup of tea, i'm also open to new things and don't really drag people into my personal hobbies anyway. I don't care if you're alternative, sporty, artsy, introvert or extrovert, it's all totally fine- anyone that's kind and open-minded is good in my books. :) If you think we might get along, send me a message so we can chat- and possibly make plans if we do get along well. :) (Oh, if you're worried about my age and capacity for living independently- i've already adjusted to adult life so i'm fine in that regard, not a big spender. I also have an excellent rental history that I can provide references for upon request.)
I have 2 rooms available in a little Victorian townhouse in Hawthorn East. The house is in a great location close to all the shops and cafes on Burke Road and only a 10 min walk to Camberwell station and Auburn station. Both rooms Include a decorative fireplace and polished timber floors. It has a wardrobe in the room too (not built in). The house is fully furnished with all the kitchen necessities including dishwasher, couch, tv etc. It has an open plan living area which then opens up onto a little backyard that doubles as a carport.
My friend and I have just arrived back from travelling overseas and looking to move to around richmond/hawthorn/abbotsford. We are looking to move into a 3 or 4 bedroom house or apartment with one or two others and looking to move ASAP! We are both full time working professionals that are social but respect others privacy. Happy to pay $250 each a week
Hey my name's Dom, I'm 26 and currently working full time in IT at a school in the CBD. I'm looking for a place to stay until May 2018 as I'll be heading off to Europe for 6 months! I'm a really easy going guy, like to keep tidy and organised without being a clean freak, respectful of personal space and easy to get along with. If you have a silly sense of humor we will become good friends, I'm a pretty good cook too! Most weekends I'm out and about going hiking, camping or filming during the day then socialising with mates at night. Week nights are pretty low key with the occasional beer after work. Looking for a place with easy public transport to the city & to live with someone who enjoys a drink and a laugh from time to time!
I'm looking for a long term room, but a short term (2 months) may be okay, too. I'm an introvert who live with three pet, they're well trained before I adopted them. As they have disabilities, they'll live in my room only. As I clean and vacuum my room almost everyday, I can help you to keep the house clean and tidy as well. I'm not really the social type, but sharing a meal or a cup of drink, either it's coffee or wine or tea, is totally fine to me. Especially if you're a tea lover. If I sound like a good one to you, please send me a message. I come to check the place out and pay to secure the room \:D/ Thanks for reading
Hi potential flatmates! We're an Aussie couple in our mid-twenties on the lookout for a new home. Laura - 25, working full-time in events/marketing at Melbourne Uni. Enjoys icecream, Disney movies (and movies in general), travelling, and dogs. Tim - 24, working (more than) full-time in finance at a consulting company. Enjoys coffee, wine, music, and watching sport. We've both lived in share houses for 6+ years and are respectful of others, tidy, and friendly. We're not looking for a party house, but enjoy hosting and partaking in dinners with friends. We've both completed our Masters and are now dabbling in some more part-time study. In our spare time, you'll find us overseas (we wish) or chilling over Netflix. We spend a lot of time visiting our fur baby, Nala, who currently lives with Laura's family... but we'd love to have her as a semi-regular resident. Introducing Nala - 4, full-time unemployed/volunteer lap-warmer. Pomeranian-cross-something (she's a rescue dog)! House-trained, non-barking, and affectionate. We're currently loving living in South Yarra and are on a month-to-month lease so are happy to wait for the perfect new place.

Hello there, please have a read to see if this groovy converted warehouse is for you! The Location: This house is in a great location. Hey there, I'm an international student from Berlin doing a postgrad at Swinburne. Been here for about half a year now.. I also work part-time for an internet-based company. I'm used to living in shared apartements, know how to be considerate and respectful and how to pick up after myself. While I do have to spend quite a lot of time studying and working, l also try to make as much time as possible to go out and see this beautiful country. I didn't come all this way just to sit at my desk!
Hai! I work full time Monday to Friday 3pm-11pm, but about to start a regular 8.30-4.30 Monday to Friday job. On the rare occasion that I'm home I'm tidy, quiet and pretty low key. My personality is bubbly, happy go lucky and really crusiey about everything and definitely young at heart. Gym and the ocean are my biggest passions, and always am up for adventures! I don't have any pets, but would definitely love it if you did ☺ I'm looking to find a place to call home and not just a house. If parking is easy, than that's a huge bonus!! Currently in an apartment that only provides 1 car spot for two people, with no other parking 😒 In regards to location.... I'd like to be anywhere around Richmond, Brunswick, St Kilda. The catch is though.... is that I’d like something pretty modern. I’ve done the whole vintage Victorian house in south melb, and now prefer modern. I've lived with guys and girls, so I'm pretty chill with who I live with. Just all about good vibes and a positive living space. :) :)
Hi everyone, My name is Eliza. I currently work full time in financial planning in the city. I am a very tidy person and will always help out with any cleaning or cooking that needs to be done. I enjoy my own space but will be great company for my housemate. I would love to also meet some new people. I am originally from Batemans Bay in NSW and moved to Melbourne after I finished high school. I enjoy keeping fit through dancing and boxing. I mostly spend my time at work, at the gym or out with friends. I enjoy nights out but am just as happy to relax with a glass of wine and plenty of cheese! Please feel free to message me.
I'm a musician/artist and keep fairly busy so you might not see me much as I'm usually out working on projects. I like to socialise but respect space and have had lots of share house experience. I have just come back from working as a camera woman on a magic show touring NZ 🙂 I've never paid a bill late. I like to meditate, do yoga and write! I will be very focused on my work so don't expect someone who gets in the way!
