My name is Oyin, I'm 30 years old, and I'm looking for a new place to call home around Hawthorn, Kew, Richmond, Mitcham, Nunawading, Blackburn, Box Hill, and nearby suburbs. Preferably a team up to lease a place

A little about me:
I work full-time as an engineer for a truck manufacturer and have a pretty busy lifestyle, so I'm usually out during the week and on weekends. I'm easy-going, respectful, clean and tidy, and while I enjoy my own space, I'm always happy to have a chat or hang out when the opportunity comes up.

Outside of work, I enjoy singing (don't worry, I'm decent at it 😉), playing guitar, going to the gym, playing soccer, and watching sports.

I've lived in share houses for several years and really value a clean, relaxed and respectful home where everyone gets along. I'm also open to teaming up with one other person to lease a 2-bedroom apartment or unit (or a 3-bedroom place if the right opportunity comes up).

Ideally, I'm looking for someone who is respectful, clean and tidy, reliable with rent and bills, a non-smoker (inside or outside), and doesn't have pets.
