🏡 Looking for a Housemate — Hawthorn/Camberwell or Armadale/Malvern 🏡

A bit about me:
I'm 24, working full-time as a researcher at a university. My days are busy, so my home is somewhere calm and comfortable to recharge. I cook pretty much every day, might work from home a couple of days a week, video call my family quite often, and work out quite regularly. I keep my space tidy and do a proper clean-up on weekends.

What I'd love in a housemate:
Someone who values a clean, peaceful home just as much as I do — but who's also up for a catch-up in the kitchen when the vibe is right. In their 20s or 30s with a stable income, easygoing and respectful.

I'm not in a huge rush looking for a place. My current lease ends earlier next year but I'm happy to break it for the right place. Reach out if you have a suitable spare room somewhere, or if you want to team up for a new place!

One particular thing is that I do not like carpets :) So I can only do floorboards or tiles.
