For location I’m pretty flexible, hoping to find a place in the south-east suburbs, ideally close to a train station. Having air-conditioning is a big plus, and if there’s an option for my own bathroom, a carpark and some good storage space, even better! I get along best with housemates aged 25-40s, but I’m flexible. Gender isn’t an issue for me – it’s all about having open communication, mutual respect, and sharing the space thoughtfully.
