Just looking at the moment to be honest as have a very nice place currently. To prospective housemates however here’s a bit about myself. I’m a chef working full time, 4am-2pm. Married though my wife, Beth lives in the US where she works in senior management in the financial sector. I’m planning on moving there as soon as visa etc approved. Am usually on video calls with her while home. Have own car and prefer off street parking. Due to early starts not up late except the odd Friday night where I may rock out in my room with headphones on. Enjoy a beer (1-3) after work but definitely not a drunk and asleep by 7pm almost every night. Spend 90% of my time in my room though will enjoy relaxing by the pool etc at times as I do now in current home. Clean, reliable, financially sound, quiet, respectful,100% drama free, can provide excellent references etc. My negative points are I do like to sing to music - IF NOBODY IS HOME! =) I am prescribed medical marijuana so may sneak out for a joint in the afternoon.
