I have good rental references from Brisbane and Cairns and I have a good clean rental history. I moved from NZ 2 years back and have made a solid foundation in Australia and landed a great well paying job. I have always been really into music and have a tiny studio setup with my guitars (I mostly use headphones so noise won't be an issue), I love to stay active and would love to get into a social winter sport this year. I am a routine/goal driven person and I like to keep a clean and tidy environment for myself and will have the utmost respect for your property.
