The apartment is designer furnished and has a beautiful view over a golf course. It is close to the Manuka, Kingston, Griffith, and Red Hill shops, less than 5-minutes by car. Your room would be the main bedroom, which includes a king size bed, bathroom ensuite, walk in wardrobe, television, heater, and chair. Internet is included but electricity is not. Bedding and linen can be included if needed (Just bring your clothes- I have everything else). Parking is available in the parking bays just outside the apartment block. You will need a car to live in the area, as buses are only hourly. I am seeking a clean and tidy flatmate, who is reliable with the rent and bills and weekly cleaning. You must have employment and be friendly and nice. No big parties allowed.
It's a fully furnished room in a fully furnished 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment that is easy to heat in winter and cool in summer. We have all the necessities, Netflix and unlimited wifi which is an additional $25 per month. Electricity would be split 4 ways. We're located about 5 minutes from Manuka, 10 minutes from Woden and 15 minutes from the city.
Hey, I am a student completing my hospitality internship at The Hotel Kurrajong. Therefore, would be working part time. I am very easy going and fairly adjustable. I like to socialize but at the same time do my own thing. Really love to cook, play a few sports (cricket, football) and learning to play the guitar (New hobby :p). Would preferably look for an accommodation in south Canberra or city center as I do not have a vehicle or near a public transport stop for easy access. Cheers, Arvind
This property is in a great location being a 4 minute drive to Manuka and Kingston, and a 15 minute drive into the city. The room is generous in size with a built in wardrobe and will comfortably fit a double or queen bed. The house has ducted heating so you can be sure to stay warm during Canberra's icy winter months. There is also a bus stop right outside, and easy (walking distance) access to Fishwick markets. The open-plan living area makes the whole place roomier, while the kitchen is large and comes fully-equipped and is open to share between all three housemates. The occupant of the room will share a bathroom and toilet with one of the other housemates. NB: this property is non-smoking and pet free.

Hey everyone, I am an Architect from India and have recently moved to Australia. I am an easy going, fun loving guy. I like to socialise and listening to music in my free time. I intend to move to Canberra to look for a job there, will be needing the room for a couple of months.
I'm a 23-year-old soon to be public health grad from Melbourne who will be working full-time from March 2018. I'm looking for housemates/share-house close to Forrest so I can cycle/walk/take public transport. Peter is 24, an audiologist who will be working on Northbourne Avenue. You can expect us to keep our area tidy and clean, contribute to our fair share of the housework and pay rent and bills on time. I love going to musicals, concerts, visiting art galleries and planning future holiday trips. I also enjoy visiting the cinema, exploring the bush/going on road trips whenever I can and spending quality time with friends and family. I plan to visit home often on weekends.
Im a 23 year old non-smoker; I'm moving down to Canberra from Sydney for a job and I am looking for a fun and relaxed share house to move into. I've lived in share houses before and love it; I have always ended up great friends with the people i lived with. I'm friendly and easy going and enjoy being social, love having a drink or two with housemates and friends. But am also respectful of peoples space and always clean up after myself. I finished my degree last year in Political Science and Economics and now am attempting to learn arabic just for fun. I dont have any pets but I love animals so I'm happy to live with them.
Sun is a very passionate, friendly and genius person. She loves music, movie, arts as well as outdoor events. Sun is a super fan of coffee, cheese, and wine. She is also a foodie and love sharing her cooking with friends/ housemates. You can have a lot of fun to stay with her. You can also enjoy quietness as she devotes herself to develop her profession and concentrate on her study. Sun respects people, equal gender, and all nationalities. She prefers living with a non-smoking housemate who can keep the public area clean and tidy.
I consider myself to be clean, honest, considerate, courteous, responsible, capable, non judgemental and mature for my age. I get on well and feel comfortable with people of all ages and from all walks of life. I enjoy both my own time to rest and recharge as well as socialising when possible. I have been fortunate enough to secure an apprenticeship at the place I wished to work at near the Kingston foreshore. My job and its location are excellent as are my co-workers. We get on very well and like to get together and socialise occasionally. So I am happy, content, easy going and focused on my job and future. I just need to be able to find a place to share with like minded people, much closer to work, as soon as possible, in order to avoid the 3hr per day commute that has plagued me for the last 11 months (and my life would be almost perfect).
Hey! Here's a bit about me, I'm 18 years old, I work full time as a dental assistant in Manuka. I'm great to live with because I always clean up after myself and I'm respectful towards others. Im originally from Bredbo, NSW, so I pretty much go there every weekend. For fun I like to go out for drinks with friends. I currently have a boyfriend and I am looking for a place where id be able to have him over some nights as well as friends occasionally.
Charming renovated house with backyard, 1 minute walk to Narrabundah shops and bus stop. You'd have a large bedroom with BIR, separate living spaces, fast internet, reverse-cycle air conditioner, carport, patio, garden, and shed for storage. The room is unfurnished and the house is fairly furnished (has room for some extra furniture). Electricity/internet bills are split depending on usage; two week bond and the need to inform the property manager of your details (do not need to go on the lease).
Hey there, I am Can Metan. I'll start my PhD in Computer Science very soon and I'm looking for a place to call home. I am a happy, squeaky clean and a trust-worthy guy. I quite enjoy cooking healthy meals and quite sociable in general. While we can share a glass of wine every now and then, I don't drink every week and I certainly don't smoke. I will be working a lot this year (likely to get a job besides PhD) and I would love to have a roomie that can pull his / her own weight. Looking forward to hear from you! PS: I love both dogs and cats (although I'm allergic to cats) and I would strongly prefer a smoke-free house.
My name is Mike, I'm originally from Toronto, Canada. I've been living in Australia for 4 years and received my Juris Doctor from UC - I graduated at the end of last year. I'm currently working in Kingston and would love to find a place close by. I'm easy going, mostly keep to myself, but don't mind a chat, tidy, respectful, reliable. Just an all round decent guy really haha kidding...but seriously.
I am currently cycle touring around Australia (since March) and will be coming back to Canberra in August. I am looking for a place (preferably furnished) in the Inner South as I have put all my furniture in storage. I work full time and am reasonably mature. I can be quiet at times but do also like to be social and enjoy the occasional drink with flatmates. I think I am reasonably clean and neat and would hope for the same with anyone I an sharing with. I'm fairly keen on cycling and a large part of my social life is taken up with that. The only thing I need space for is 3 bicycles (2 of which could probably go in my room). I don't have a car (do all my commuting by bike/walking or car share - so a car space is not an issue for me. Oh and that terrible hair growth on my face goes when I get back from my trip. Having never gone more than 3 days without shaving I was curious to see what would result. :-)
House proud, quiet, easy going and respectful of others privacy and need for peaceful household. Work shift work so either not around in the morning or night and most weekends. All my own furnishing in store interstate and won't be seeking them for a while.

I am wanting somewhere to stay that is a self contained, one bedroomed unit or granny flat where I will stay ( mainly Sunday to Thursday) each week. Sometimes my husband will join me. We live in Wagga; I am a professional person, quiet and live in a spotless home in Wagga (our own) so would want a bright and cheerful place with light and off street parking if that was possible. I'll be working in Deakin, ACT.
Hi, I'm Gillian! I've been in Canberra for 6 months, originally from Melbourne and working full-time in the APS. I'm very easy to live with, clean and respectful. Happy to have the odd drink or meal with housemates, but equally happy doing my own thing. Food (or perhaps eating) is my calling - I love finding new places to eat, enjoy reading in my spare time, attempting to grow plants and spending the odd pyjama day on the couch binging on trashy tv. Ideally I'd like to live with someone like minded, but am pretty flexible in who that or they may be. I don't have much furniture wise (other than for my room), but have plenty of handy bits and pieces for around the house.
I'm a 27 year old full-time public servant looking for a new place to live. I'm very easy to live with, just as happy to have a chat/watch TV with housemates as I am to entertain myself with a movie or a book.
Hey, I'm Daniel and I am moving to Canberra from Sydney for work. I am easy going, enjoy a chat but also respectful of others privacy. I am tidy and always clean up after myself. I enjoy playing watching and playing sports and also socializing. Enjoy the occasional beer/wine on weekends.
I am a PhD student at ANU and looking a studio/Granny/single/double bedroom for my and my small family (my wife and our one-year-old kid). Ram
We are easy going and fun loving people. Recently migrated from India. We have stayed in house rents since the time we have moved to Canberra. We love to cook and socialize over the weekend (we do not have friends here yet). We are very friendly, clean and tidy people.

I'm friendly, quiet and clean. I enjoy hiking, running, snowboarding & hanging out with my dog Remi. I come from Melbourne and am moving to Canberra to work full time as a public servant and am also studying my masters of International Relations. I would enjoy having a chat or a beer with you but am also happy to have alone time.
Hello, I am a tidy and quiet person, and I enjoy chatting with people. I am a professional structural engineer. I like watching movies and documentaries, playing computer games and do exercise. I'm looking for a flatshare and have a budget of $250 per week. If you are interested in my profile, please get in touch. Thank you
Moved to Canberra from Sydney for public service work. I am independent, tidy, and considerate of others, having lived in shared accommodation my whole adult life. I like having a good convo or sharing a laugh or listening to music. I also look to keep fit, and enjoy being a foodie. I don't usually cook at home, but sometimes can try my hand at it. If you have a place in a house, or want to team up to get one to share, let me know.
Hello! I'm a 26 year old young professional making my way in the big capital! I'm moving out of my current sharehouse in early September as I'm looking to move northside and I'm on the hunt for my next one. A bit about me- I'm originally from Perth, studied journalism and then did my Masters in International Relations and moved to Canberra at the end of 2015 to work at an Embassy. I'm now working in media at Department of Ag, and will be moving into Defence in the next few months. I'll be at work during the day, gym most evenings (when I'm on a good roll!) and I'm usually out and about on the weekends. Being fairly new to Canberra, I'm really keen to find a sharehouse where housemates are more like friends, but I also love my own space. I'm super clean and respectful of communal areas. I love cooking and gardening, having a chat and movie nights/glass of wine with my housemates and generally making a house a home. In my spare time I've been embracing the national parks around Canberra and doing heaps of hiking and exploring. Love checking out new bars, markets, live music etc as well! I also have two little cats called Cookie & Nala who are very chilled, completely kitty litter trained, and will 99% be in my room- they're really friendly! I'm flexible with the move out date for the right place. Hope to hear from you soon!
I'm a 20 year old male, just did my 1st year living away from home in shared accommodation in Deakin which is a little crowded for me now. I'm with the AFP and am work focused, I love my sports and fitness. I am very social and love meeting new people, have a tight group of colleagues that I hang with, so I am occasionally away on weekends. Looking for a long term residence near Barton on the door step of my workplace, as I walk everywhere mostly as my car is interstate with the parents in Queensland.
We are both very friendly and very tidy. We enjoy Netflix binging, copious amounts of tea, and all animals. Looking for a room that can accommodate the two of us comfortably and preferably would not want to share a bathroom with too many people! I am a student (currently online but transferring to UC next year) as well as working part time, and my partner is working full time as a mortgage broker. If you would like to know more about us/meet us please feel free to contact me :)
Hey !! Looking to move into a two beddy in the kingston/manuka/griffith area.. super easy going, clean and respectful. I went to boarding school so living with people is second nature. originally from the south coast, here for uni, studying a double degree of sport and exercise science and science psychology, while working as a bar manager. We have 2 [yes, you read that correctly!] lovely rooms for rent in our spacious 4 bedroom house in Griffith. Our place is a big, family-sized home an easy ten-minute walk to Manuka or Griffith shops, with plenty of parks around. There's space in our garage for another car as well as plenty of on-street parking. Utilities and unlimited broadband and (most importantly) are split equally between the four of us. We're two professional young guys, with pretty active social/work lives but we also enjoy relaxed nights in at home and the occasional shared meal. We make the most of our deck and backyard in summer with BBQs and the like. Looking for housemates who are equal parts social and independent [good banter is a definite winner].
Looking for a housemate to share a light-filled, spacious, 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Kingston. This apartment is furnished (with the exception of the vacant room), faces north (so plenty of light and sunshine), and has two balconies. The room is very big, with built in wardrobes and at the opposite end of the apartment to the other bedroom.
