My name is Dan and I’m a 23 year old mechanical engineering graduate from Christchurch, New Zealand. I am moving to Canberra for a graduate role for a company in Deakin and will be moving over around the 23rd of April. Although I am moving late April, I am willing to start paying rent a couple of weeks early, provided the right fit. I have had two years of sharehouse experience as I lived with my parents most of university to save money. I am a reliable housemate that likes to keep a fairly tidy space and takes pride in the environment I live in. I can give you references also.

I’ve got a wide range of interests and hobbies. I like to get active such as gym, walks, rugby, basketball, and the occasional run. Hence, I am a big fan of sports, mainly basketball and rugby union. Also I do like the typical media consumption like movies and music. As I am starting fresh in a new city, I’d also like to try out as many new things as possible.

I’m flexible with house dynamics. On one hand, I like a social flat, doing the occasional activities together like movies, dinner parties, or fun outings. But on the other hand I also can be fine doing my own thing and can be a quiet person.
