Hello, I'm Maddy and I'm 16 years old. I have been living independently for about a year and a half now, and recently came home to my parents as I was unwell, but I am now looking for accommodation again. I have lived in two houses with a flatmate, which both went fine. I get fortnightly benefits, and I am currently studying. I am finding in the process of finding a part-time job, but I can afford rent+utilities with the money I receive. My maximum is $190 per week+bills included. I will be happy to explain why I do not live at home if you're interested, but I still have a stable relationship with my parents :) Finding accommodation in the past has been difficult for me because of my age, but I can assure you that I am very reliable with my money, and after having lots of early practice, I am able to live independently and know the basics of living alone/with a flatmate. Females are preferred, but I'm open to anything. I hope you consider my listing and I look forward to hearing from you, thank you :)
i keep to myself mostly; play video games in my off time, work whenever i can and go to uni to finish my degree I WORK NIGHTS, COME HOME AROUND MIDNIGHT but i try to be as quiet as possible and havnt had any complaints so far
Hi there! We are a pair of female housemates (and two large dogs), living in a multicolored house, and we are looking for a third responsible person to join us. We are quiet and calm people, who go out if we want to party, though we will have the occasional quiet get together in the back yard. We keep a very clean household with a weekly chore roster, a strong recycling ethic, and daily dishes. Something important to know about our house is that we keep bees. The bees are in a sectioned off area in our front yard and you do not need to interact with them, or go near them, to live here. You can, however, get free honey if you choose to come and stay. We also keep chickens, and there is usually eggs available for the eating. Perks! The room we are offering has a built in wardrobe and a window with a view of the front yard. The house itself is compact but cute, with a neat little kitchen and a claw foot bathtub in the bathroom, an air-conditioner for summer and a wood fireplace for winter. We can offer you a vegetable garden if you would like to use it and a large yard with fruit trees. We have solar panels to off-set our electricity bills too, which is a plus. The house has a fast internet connection, but no home phone as we just use our mobiles. The house is fully furnished with all the essentials, like fridges and freezers and washer and dryer. Our house is well set up for sharing, so you will also have your own kitchen cupboard, own bathroom space and space for a bicycle in our bicycle shed. We share bills like electricity, internet and Netflix, but water is paid for by the landlord. The room is semi furnished with a side table, a bookshelf/storage unit and the built in wardrobe. If you prefer unfurnished, we can discuss it. Some of the perks to our household are: A Bus stop only 5 minute walk away A Train stop only 10 minute walk away A beach only a 15 minute walk away Local shops in both directions An excellent local deli An amazing local pub And an outstanding local pizza bar! The room is available from the 5th of October, 2018. If our place sounds like it could be your place, drop us a line!
My name is Kokoda, I am a single female. I have a room to rent in an updated unit in Largs north. It is $130 per week plus half the bills. Must have to pay 2 weeks in advance of rent. I am a newly graduated Primary Teacher and enjoy a reasonably low-key lifestyle. I am clean and tidy and respect others space and privacy. I have an unpredictable schedule as I do TRT work and the occasional OSHC shift. I enjoy my down-time and love a bit of Netflix, some good music or beach walks.
Hi I,m Richard, I,m easy going relaxed sort of bloke, I work full time as a traffic controller ( don't hate me lol ) originally from Renmark in the Riverland, in my down time I enjoy online gaming mainly M M O,s but I'm always up for a chat.
Looking for a room reasonably close to cbd and beach if possible. I would be a respectful tenant who would pay their rent on time. When I'm not working or studying I enjoy napping, travelling, I'm a bit of a foodie and don't mind a drink or two. Looking for a relaxed household, respectful of eachothers space but also doesn't mind a chat from time to time. Let me know if you're interested, won’t be moving until January 🙂
Hello :) A little bit about me, I work fulltime (love my job) and studying part time, I love to keep fit and live a healthy life style, however I do love a few wines and the odd Barrys burger every now and then. I love to have a chat but most importantly I love to laugh, I am hoping to find a housemate who is like minded who I can also be friends with aswell. In saying that I do value my own space and will respect yours. I also have a gorgeous 8 year old bull mastiff X (not as a big as you think) named Zander, he is a big sook and loves a cuddle, unfortunately he doesn't like other dogs so he would have to be the only one in the household. I am flexible on suburbs but would like to stay as close to Sempahore as possible and would be looking to move asap Let me know if you are interested :)
Hi I'm Kristal, 23, living in Adelaide while I finish my Master of Social Work. By the time it comes to move I'll be about to commence my final placement at uni so will be incredibly busy with that and working part time. I have two indoor only cats who help get me through the stress of uni. I love to cook, but have food allergies so if living with another person, they really need to be tidy! As I am so busy with uni, I tend to keep to myself for the most part, but I love having board game nights with friends whenever our schedules align, so I have a bit of a board game collection that will come along with me and we'd love a new member in the group. To relax I love to go for rides, so I'd love to be along the coast, cook, play video games and get out and explore Adelaide. I volunteer with headspace Port Adelaide, the Smith Family and the Port Adelaide council. I'm looking for somewhere ideally for 9 months since I'm not sure what my plan is after uni, but for a really nice place I'm happy to do 12 months. If I get a job in Adelaide id be looking to resign lease at the end If the following cannot be met we aren't a match! - share with max one other person - sign lease after the 16th November as that's when my current lease is up - 9 month lease, with potential to do 12 months if needed (finishing uni) - okay with two indoor only cats - absolute max $250 bills included or $220 without ( prefer something far less though) - western suburbs
Non smokers. Non drinkers. Non partiers. We are chill and easy going. We like to keep to ourselves and have our own space. We enjoy board game nights over loud parties. Ania is studying personal training. Ollie has his own streaming business and works part-time.

I have a room up rent in a lovely house in Birkenhead. I am looking for someone to share a 2 bedroom house with. The house is fully furnished including the spare room but can bring your own if preferred. need to be working have good references and easy to get along with.
Seeking a room close to the city or the beach. Work part-time as a nurse as well as study full-time. I'm a qualified massage therapist so free massages are up for grabs for potential house mates :) I'm a runner (training for a marathon). I also do a bit of Crossfit. Clean and a non smoker, I require a property that allows dogs, I have two beautiful boys. Both house trained and very friendly- they LOVE cuddles. One is definitely an old soul that everyone is drawn to, the other is my little hyper little staffy. They only chew their treats- NOT furniture. This almost feels like I'm filling out a dating website profile lol- I like long walks on the beach and candlelight dinners- kidding. I am keen to move in asap :) happy to have a chat/meet first to see if we get along
My name is Dayna and I'm 28 years old with a background in healthcare! I'm neat and tidy, quiet and pretty relaxed. I keep to myself but don't mind the odd glass of wine or cup of tea with housemates. I love cooking, the beach, yoga, the outdoors and I'm a bit of a modern day hippie. I'm looking to live with preferably one other like minded female. Shoot me a message if you have further questions!
Hard workers, like to relax watch the footy and hang out with the dogos. Like good banter and a drink on the weekends.
Hi there, I've lived in shared accommodation for the last 5 years. My job takes me to some really cool places and really need a place to leave my stuff and call home when in the country or state. I am friendly, easy going but quite. I am looking for a place that does not have a party environment, as I work on my laptop heaps. I have to be able to concentrate. Other then that, I am tidy and respectful. I will always do my part. Ideally, I would not want to live with more than two others as I don't want a halfway home feel. I want a more homely feel. If this sounds good, shoot me a message. Thank you
I’m a chilled out person who loves the health and fitness. I work two jobs one being at a gym. I love to laugh, have fun and don’t mind partying it up too. I also study in the city doing health & fitness!
