Two ANU students heading into our fourth year of psychology/French (Rhi) and PPE/development studies (Imo). We are outgoing, social and fun (we hope) but still tidy, reasonably studious and very respectful of privacy. In 2020, we will both be studying full-time while also working on a casual basis. Ideally looking for somewhere as close to uni/the city as possible! Can be flexible with move in date but are both currently on exchange until early Jan and early Feb respectively. We’d love to live with like-minded people who are keen on happy communal living ☺️
Hey! :) I’m moving to Canberra next year (on the 20th of February) and I’m looking for a place to share. I’m from Brazil, full time student and part-time worker. I’ve been living in Sydney since 2016. Love going to the gym and going out for dinners. :)
Hi, I am April. Recently moved to Canberra in August. I am currently renting a room in Lawson, but the owner needs their room back by the 20th of December. I work full-time for a Mental Health organisation and am a clean tidy quiet person. My partner still lives on the coast so every second weekend I head down the coast to see him. He sometimes visits me in Canberra. Not so much at the moment because he plays Cricket on Saturdays. I am looking for a share house with people who are easy to get a long with, enjoy conversation but also enjoy personal space. My job can be stressful so sometimes all I want to do is lay in bed and watch moves all weekend. If you feel I would suit your household, please message me.
Hey there! Im from sydney originally but moved down to canberra to study and am currently in my second year of my Marketing Communications degree. In my free time im wither at work, or going for swims, walks around the lake or just hanging out and relaxing. My current lease is up mid-late January and am looking to move into a sharehouse with similar aged people who are happy to have a chat over a meal or a drink. Im a pretty sociable person but also enjoy my time alone just having a netflix binge every now and then. If you think we would get along let me know!
Hi I'm Leilani, I'm 28 and a full time public servant working around the Barton area. I'm looking to share a place with anywhere up to 4 people to save money on living costs. Preference is to share a flat in the Barton/Kingston area, or a cheap house in inner north. Looking for people who are friendly, don't mind a chat, a drink on the weekend or a netflix binge, but also enjoy down time to chill and relax solo. I absolutely love pets, so no issues if you already have a cat/dog. I'm very easy going, quiet, friendly, clean and I drive to Sydney every month or so for the weekend. Happy to team up with anyone, but preferably 20s-30s age group. I do have some furniture I can bring with me including a couch/chair, fridge etc. I'll be looking to move around December/ January, if you're interested please contact me. Cheers :)
I'm a 30 year old professional. I have my own place in the outer north but I would like to move to somewhere close to the city. I'm a firefighter and a cabinetmaker on my days off. I also train a lot so I don't spend much time at home. I am also very social but I like my down time at home. I love meeting new people and get along with everyone well-meaning.
Hi! My name is Ingrid and I am very friendly and easy going 22-year old who is looking for a place to move into around late December/January. I am originally from Sydney but have been living in Canberra for a year now working full-time. When I am not working, I enjoy hiking/camping, going to a good market on weekends and a cheeky game of Scrabble :) I like to be social but also like to have down-time occasionally and respect people's privacy. I would ideally be looking for similar people to myself to form a house with for next year. Please feel free to message if this is something you would be interested in!
I've just completed by undergrad and work full-time in HR. I've lived independently in Canberra and Melbourne so understand the ins and outs of living in shared accommodation. I work full-time during the week, spend my evenings at the gym and then complete life admin and socialise on the weekend. I'm very neat and tidy. I also prefer to be organised so will spend time meal prepping etc on weekends. I do enjoy a good boogie, going hiking, or just generally being social and active. I am fairly social so hoping for flat mates who are happy to have the occasional meal together or wine. I'm also respectful of space and privacy. I have my own bedroom furniture, and can provide furniture for shared spaces. Let me know if you'd like to have a proper chat as I'm wanting to move in relatively soon! Thanks! Eden
Hi! I'm Rose - a young working professional relocating to Canberra. Originally from Sydney, I enjoy hiking and going for runs so I'm super excited to move to Canberra. I also enjoy reading books, swimming, spending time with friends, meeting new people and learning as much as I can about economics. I’m planning to find a share house or rental (with other housemates or none) for 3-6 months during December mid 2020. Any area near the city centre is what I’m looking for!
I'm a 44 year old engineer looking for a place to stay during the week, generally will be going back home at weekends. I like outdoor sports and lots of travel. I like to go out socialising having a couple of beers or a quiet meal out. I love cooking and have always done all the cooking at home. Ideally I would like to share with people that are chilled out and have a live and let live attitude to life, whilst still being respectful and considerate.
