Hi, I’m a student from Malaysia looking for a place to stay in Canberra for one month. I’m tidy and easy-going and I also respect your personal space. I go to the gym but also enjoy reading at home or chilling with friends over a cup of coffee or beer.

Working as a hairdresser full time. Love meeting people and hanging out but know about that personal space lovin. Looking to be in a pretty chilled out environment. Honestly I can move in right now. Sooner the better as my lease has pretty much ended and I'm about to declare myself as homeless 😇
Hello, I am an intern at the Embassy of the Netherlands, so I will be working 5 days a week. I am clean and tidy and I have lived with roommates before, so therefore know how to respect privacy :) I'm the most fun person you'd ever live with. I'm very social, I tell great stories, my specialty is cooking anything with cheese, but I also like to be by myself.
Hi everyone, My name is John, I'm a 28 years old professional who works full time (and then some), just got sponsored by my company (really happy about that) but also transferred from Mitchell to Hume (which is quite far from Kaleen where I rent at the moment) so I'll be looking for a place in Canberra city, Kingston or just south Canberra in general to move in a few weeks time. I had been living in Sydney for the past 4 and a half years. Newish to Canberra. I'm a respectful and friendly guy who finds it very easy to get along with pretty much anyone, mostly keep it to myself, but am more than happy to socialize, share a meal, a beer (or a couple). I also take pride in living in a clean and organized home (wherever home might be) so will always be a positive influence in leaving the place looking nice, like to clean often, have my own portable vacuum etc. I have shared houses, flats plenty of times before and made some of the best of friends while doing so. I like sports, going to the gym, the outdoors, road trips, surfing, camping etc. Would need a parking spot big enough for a 4x4. It would be a big plus for me if the place had a dog as I love animals (cats, dogs, parrots you name it) All the best, Cheers
I’m a 26 y/o female new to the town of Canberra. Hoping to find a friendly house that doesn’t mind a little 4 legged friend (cocker spaniel dog) running around. I’m a person who doesn’t mind a bit of chit chat in the afternoon but also likes my own space sometimes. I travel away a lot on weekends doing music and catching up with my friends back home. Currently working full time as a carpenter
hi im jessie, just moved to canberra a week ago after post graduated. i had lived in melb for 4 years before. enjoyed the weather and coffee in melb until the recent two freezing and damp winters said fak off to me. i had lived in the same shared house for 3.5 years and keep a nice relationship with everyone there. im clean and tidy, not cook much, vacuum my room every week and sometimes the public area (depending on the length of the wire). currently preparing for a test so not working, but still go out everyday(maybe i shouldnt?....) btw I’m in my late 20s, become less mouthy these years. it took me days to finish this description. my budget goes 260 in city or 200 for bruce around.
Hi all, Social and considerate 32 y/o with plenty of share housing experience. I don’t smoke, work full time in a science roll for the public service and throw a bit of study in occasionally. In my spare time I enjoy catching up with friends, cooking good food for myself and others, travel, movies, playing sport(professional social sport ring in) and running trails. Can move in anytime.
Hey just moved to canberra pretty chilled guy, considerate, clean, cooks, happy to share milk and eggs sorta person, i also have a full house worth of furniture and white goods and a small 1yo beagle who is no drama at all and has grown up around cats and gets along with other animals.
Originally from Perth, I've been in Canberra for almost 9 months now working in Consulting. My lease is coming up and I'm looking for a new place. I have a coffee machine, slow cooker and PS4 (the essentials) which I can contribute to the household. I love sport and being social but am also very respectful of people's privacy. If you think I'd be a good housemate then please send me a message - I'd love to hear from you :)
I am currently working part time in a liquor store and studying full time in Interior Design. I am looking for somewhere to live for roughly 2 years. I love to catch up over some wine and cheese or beer and wings! I want to go back packing around Asia after finishing my degree. Also I fancy myself a good cook. 👍 P.s. Because I’m in class or at work most of the time I can only be contacted via sms or message 🙂
I'm a friendly professional from Perth moving to the ACT for 6 months. I get easily hooked on good tv shows (hurry up GoT!), I like wine and lame jokes, and am a bit of a foodie. I’m a tidy person, easy going and eager to prove myself a considerate housemate, so if I sound like someone that would fit in with your household, send me a message!
Hello! I am a recent high school graduate and have just moved to Canberra from Sydney to work here as an Apprentice in the public service for IT. I am of South Korean background and moved to Australia when i was younger. Currently I am staying with my sister while I find a place to move out to. I am very self aware and i actually enjoy cleaning up after self. I also enjoy company and definitely look forward to meeting new people and spending time together but i also understand and appreciate the need for privacy and time alone.
Hi, I'm passionate about recycling, helping out, great at fixing things, and have a very sociable Jack Russell who loves attention and a ball. Currently renting in Gungahlin (last 14 months), I work full time in Civic (I.T.), and want to be closer to work so I can ride my bike ($16.70 for parking is ridiculous). I spend some weekends at coast or camping/visiting friends/kids interstate. Looking for a place that has a secure outside yard and a space to park the car.
Hi, My name is Anisa. I moved to Canberra one year ago to train fulltime at the AIS. I am still training at the AIS fulltime and also working 4days a week as an Occupational Therapist. I am easy going, enjoy cooking and baking and am a tidy person. I am sporty and often spend the weekends outdoor and adventuring around Canberra.
G'day, my name is Matt. Just recently moved to Canberra from Brisbane. I'm a young professional working in the ADF. Looking for a lively bunch of young professionals to explore this new city! I'm a very outgoing and lively character, which I probably take after my German Filipino heritage. Love to cook and have a chat, but also respect peoples privacy and space. I'm a big fitness lover which I use to balance out my unhealthy obsession with food, especially brunch on a weekend. I've lived in nearly all the capital cities, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and most recently Brisbane. So, I can now add the nation's capital to the list. I'm a very neat guy so will be more than happy to slot into a chores routine or whatever system you have going!
Hi, I am a Sri Lankan and a current PhD Student at ANU. I am very social, fun-loving and willing to make new friends. And, more importantly, I would say I am too clean and tidy. I love cooking and also enjoy cleaning and housework. I am looking for a room in a house, preferably close to the university with no pets. Thank you.
