Working full time in my own business. I spend most of my time at work or at the gym. I am a quiet person who prioritizes my health and sleep. Forsee spending a lot of time during 2020 in Sydney, where my girlfriend will be living. Will update this bio with more information later on.
Hi! I am currently looking for a new place as my current lease is coming to an end. I would like to move somewhere in the inner-south / inner-north to be close to work. I work full-time as an environmental professional with the Public Service. I am easy going, respectful and clean, and am looking for somewhere with a homely feel to share with like mined people. Although my party days are behind me, I enjoy hanging out for a glass of wine and a movie. However, I am also respectful of other people’s privacy. I am an outdoor enthusiast and spend most of my weekends rock climbing, hiking, camping and mountain biking. I am also environmentally conscious and like to recycle and compost, and am hoping to find somewhere with good natural lighting and a garden. If you think I would be a good fit for your current share house, or you'd like to team up, send me a message!
Not looking for a place until October Hey guys I'm a youth worker, I have escaped Canberra for the winter but will be looking for a place to live when I return. I am at that age where I still wana be social but also enjoy my own space/ alone time. I am a bit of a neat freak not guna lie! I like a clean non cluttered house with lots of plants! I'm vegetarian, prefer to live with other vegetarians/vegans. Love music and drinking tea ( I come with a large tea collection!) Racists and homophobes need not apply. I'm an open book so ask anything : )
I'm currently studying IR at ANU and am looking into moving off-campus into a two bedroom flat at the start of next year. I love to just chill out and read (I'm a giant bookworm and spend 90% of my time reading) or watch Netflix. I'm fairly quiet and not the most social person, so the chances of me ever having more than one person over at a time is slim to none, but I love a good chat and movie marathon. I'm very tidy and will always keep up my end of the cleaning deal.
I am working as an APS around Forrest. I really enjoy nature and exploring the outdoors, going on hikes and to beaches. I also love artistic films, listening to music and reading. I am looking for walking distance to Forrest or a maximum of 20 minute drive to Forrest. I am very flexible and do not require a personal bathroom. Additionally, I am a neat and tidy person who enjoys socialising but respects others' space.
From Sydney, just finished uni and moved to Canberra for a full-time job. Love my sports, travelling, music, and always up for a good laugh
Another guy that moved to Canberra to work in the public service. Quiet, clean and considerate. Enjoy going out and also just chilling at home. Love to socialize but I respect everyone's alone time. Need a pet-friendly place for one litter trained, desexed, well behaved and very cute cat. Feel free to shoot me a message!
I’m a 25yo electrician. I’m into camping and the outdoors, travel, socialising and chilling. I’m from New Zealand, but I’m working full time in Canberra and I’m looking to set myself up here.
Flexible in all areas. Easy to live with, won’t make noise or be intrusive. We both currently have part-time jobs, mine at Domino’s and my partners with his dads scaffolding business. Looking for a room to sleep in and close to where my partner and I work. We can pay for our own food, and will most likely keep a mini fridge in our room. Please consider us if you are looking for quiet, chilled and reliable.
I’m currently living in Brisbane. I’m going to be new to Canberra so I’m going to be doing a lot of exploring around. I’m looking forward to doing some bike riding, going to the gym and going out to try new restaurants. I have a new job working for APS- so I’ll be stably employed and I’m looking for housemates who are similarly reliable and grounded. Love to meet new people and get on well with everyone- prefer people who are the same. Not fussed about how many people, etc- but I have a king size bed so I need a decent sized room.
Hello! My name is Zina. Ideally, I'm looking to share a place with one other roommate or two if I can have my own ensuite. I am clean and tidy and respect other peoples belongings and space, but also sociable and friendly. I'm looking to share a place with people who share my values in maintaining a tidy environment and who are conscious of not making loud noise at night (for example, throwing parties all the time or playing loud music).
A full-time student, prefer looking for accommodation near Canberra Hospital. I am a clean and tidy person, enjoy reading, and respect others’ privacy. Most of the time I spent time alone, thus prefer a quiet and tidy housemate.
Tidy, happy, quiet woman and son (11yr) looking for accommodation. Responsible, own vehicle and working. Have been living in Canberra 12 months. We are active and like to get out and about on the weekends to explore. Kept busy during the week with work and school and ideally looking for a min 12 months.
Im interested in living in a furnished share house with an ensuite. I am very clean and tidy and have had a long career in hospitality. So I can cook a dish or two.. happy to have a chat and share a vino but also respect people's privacy and need for down time :)
Hi, I'm a 22yo professional working full-time in Deakin. Looking for somewhere easy to get to work and civic by public transport. My current lease is up in October and I'm flexible with length of stay. When I'm not at work I can be found at the gym, at home cooking or having a netflix marathon, or doing my best to take in the cultural sites of Canberra (in a cool way, not a wanky way). I'd like to live in a place that's somewhat social with housemates happy to chat over a glass of wine/cup of tea or do trivia/board game/cards nights every now and then. At the same time, I'm respectful of space and need a bit of introvert time. I'm neat and tidy in communal spaces but won't be the person to get annoyed over a bowl in the sink for a day. If it sounds like I'd be a good fit at your place, give me a bell!
