I'm looking to move closer to work and social opportunities in Sydney, I'm originally from the Central Coast. I work full time in a library and I'm also studying online for a masters of information studies. I have a lot of interests such as writing, music, art, and fire twirling. I enjoy playing music, so if you have a piano I will definitely use it! I enjoy board games nights and hanging out with friends, but I also need a lot of quiet down time as well. I'm looking to make more friends, especially those within the arts community. Ideally I would love to live in an artistic household, but being around any people pursuing their passions is a priority for me. I'm the type of person who likes a tidy environment and I understand the murderous 'dirty dishes' rage that can be induced by housemates. I respect my environment and possessions a lot and would expect the same attitude in others as well. I can also bring a fair amount of house items with me if needed. My only drawback (no I won't fire twirl inside the house) is that I do have a cat and a rabbit. The cat at least as has to come with me, so a pet friendly property with a room that has floorboards/tiles is essential. I have rented previously with both animals and had no problems.
I am a long haul flight attendant. I am a non-smoker, I don't throw parties. I respect privacy and personal space, due to work schedule, I need a quiet place to rest during day time to recover myself after I come back from each work trip. I love good food, wine, coffee, fashion, art. I do some Asian cooking sometimes. I don't mind a chat but I don't rumble. I am mature, well present and I love to maintain my place very clean and tidy. Allergic to dust and mess. I have some simple furniture - a double bed, a small size 2 door fridge and some boxes. I have a lovely fur baby, a 9 months old kitten, he is so adorable and gentle, toilet trained since day. He doesn't scratch furniture, I only keep him indoor, he is very clean and well maintained. If you are a non-smoker and you are happy for us to share the place with you, I look forward to hearing from you. If you have any concern, happy to meet up first and start from there.
Hi there. I'm a positive, easy going, considerate, clean and polite sort of person. I work in the city in corporate (banking), and tend to try to go to a gym after work to burn off all the chocolate I eat during the day! I also like runs and walks outside, beach time, brunches and spending time with my girlfriends (who all live in the Eastern Suburbs). Enjoy a wine on the weekend and wish I had more time to cook but don't seem to get around to it. Not really looking for a party animal who is going to stay up late until all hours with friends over but obviously everything in moderation is ok :) Flexible move date, currently living in Lavender Bay.
We, my wife and I, we work part time, I'm completing a course of study to improve the quality of my work. We do not like smoking, drinking om use. We like the company if discreet and cook very Italian. We are looking for a bedroom king size and possibly an exclusive bathroom.
Hi my name is Jenny, 30, Irish, looking to meet new people and hoping to find that home from home, I'd like a home that is looked after and clean, with people that are easy going and sociable. I like to keep fit and I am full time employed, like company but also like my own space, I'm clean, tidy, easy going and not too shabby in the kitchen. Looking to live with other professionals and like minded people
I'm a web developer living in Newcastle with my husband and two beautiful Brittany dogs. I have recently accepted a job offer in Sydney CBD as a web dev and am looking for a place to stay mainly during week days. However, it would be great if your place is pet friendly so my dogs can come visit occasionally. I was originally from China but have been around the world, one year in Sweden, five years in New Zealand and have finally settled down in beautiful Australia two years ago. I love exploring the nature with my beloved dogs and of course with my hubby who is a mining engineer. I eat healthy food and enjoy gardening, DIY projects and programming. Love a beer or a glass of wine occasionally after work but not loud party kind of person. If you're looking for a mature, responsible and fun flatmate who's only there half of the time then we should have a chat.
I'm from Germany and started my PhD at the the Macquarie University. I lived at the Macqaurie Village for 6 month but I would like to see some more other parts of Sydney and meet some new people. I'm used to live with other people, so I think I can 'handle' different kind of personalities :) I would say I'm a social person but not a party animal. I prefer bars over clubs. And of course: I'm tidy and clean. I clean my dishes after I used them and I don't try to create rubbish-hills in garbage bins! So, I hope to hear of you!
Hi, I am Abeer. I am currently pursuing an MBA program from Macquarie university, and it has been a year, since I moved to Sydney. I like the Newtown and the nearby suburbs, where I am looking to settle down for at least next 6 months.
I'm single woman, my work with traffic control and English student, and I looking forward finding a place for short term but with possibility more time. I'm tidy, friendly and easy-going
We are a nice couple, intending to work full time and my husband will work and study. We are calm in our 30´s, don´t want to party but we are very friendly.
I am a world traveled and considerate professional who loves the outdoor activities such as running, jogging, tennis. I also enjoy joga and love healthy food. I am easy to live with. Love having a nice conversation over a glass of wine, watch films or series and relaxing going out with friends.
I am an easy going, great cook, full time employed person, that loves a tranquil home space. Love the beach and nature. Don't want a party atmosphere. I have a small extremely gorgeous pomeranian dog ... so the most important thing I am looking for is someone or a house that would like a small dog. I'm from the Sunshine Coast moving down for work for a year or so (maybe more). I will be working in retail homewares full time, and hang out with my grown up daughter in Sydney, and also love being outdoors and walking my dog, so won't be hanging around that much. Im 48, but have a very young personality, so don't mind living with younger people. Like a tidy house though.
Hi there, My name is Vashi and I'm a female working full time in the CBD in the medical health profession having recently moved over from London. I'm currently living in Crow's Nest and I love the vibe of North Sydney so it would be great to continue living around this area. My ideal scenario would be close enough to the beach and have a decent commute in to the CBD. I'm looking for a place to stay from the 7th January after returning from Christmas in London. I'm a very friendly, relaxed, easy going, neat, respectful and reliable, no dramas flat mate. I'm not a neat freak- but I do like to live in a tidy environment and think as flatmates we should all be happy to pitch in towards creating a nice vibe to live in. I enjoy chilling out, discovering Sydney, going out for dinner with friends, being outdoors, going to the gym/ dance classes- I guess in some ways the use of the word 'normal' here would be good :) I'm quite an optimistic, positive thinking person I enjoy developing my spirituality and enjoy yoga, meditating (as and when I can)- although I am no expert on any of the above! If you'd like to know anything more feel free to drop me a line and we can always potentially meet and see if we click and would like to live together. Cheers and look forward to hearing from you :) Vashi
I'm a champ: tidy as hell, do my own dishes, can handle a barbecue, have a netflix acct (willing to share), have foxtel go (willing to share), generally have beers in the fridge (sometimes willing to share). Work full time in banking in the city. Gym a couple of times a week. I'd like for us to be able to have a meal or two together during the week and if it's raining I'm the kinda guy who will pull your washing in..
Hi there! I work full time in a consulting firm in the city. I'm originally from Orange but I've studied and lived in Sydney previously for my undergrad and high-school. I will be studying during semester time so I'll be pretty flat-out. I enjoy going to the gym, binging on Netflix and going out with friends. Summer will see me at the beach and outside as often as is possible and winter will see me curled up in a blanket burrito watching movies. I am looking for my own room (no roomshare arrangements) preferably large enough for a queen bed and storage (built-in wardrobe would be even better).
Hello, my name is Jasper Koning and I am a 21-year old student studying Software Engineering at Windesheim University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands. I am going to Australia for 6 months because of an internship. I will be doing the internship at Excite Holidays. Therefore I am looking for a place to stay, preferably with my friend Jacob. He's a 20-year old studying the same as me. He will be doing his internship over at CrowdComms in Brookvale. Through the week we will be working full-time and only be home in the evenings and the weekends. We are two single, friendly guys looking to have a great time in Sydney that we may never forget, so we will be going out on adventures frequently.
Pretty chilled guy, grew up in Sydney. I love my music and pop culture, so if you like to chat about how rediculous Kim Kardashian is or how much you love the latest pop songs then I'm your guy. Work in radio 😊
Starting a new full-time job in the TV industry which will take up most of my time. When I'm not working I'll either be lying on the beach, going to gigs, catching up with friends or cooking meals and drinking wine with my housemates. I'm a fairly easy-going person and would love to find like minded people to share a home with. I do like my own space and can understand when others need theirs. Looking to move at the start of Jan but could move earlier if the right place comes along.
Easy-going, enjoy being social but also enjoy my own space. Love to cook, keep things clean and keep active: yoga, trail runs, ocean, cycles etc. I am a teacher, so silence is golden, especially during the week. I am still new to Sydney, having only relocated here for work a few weeks ago. Originally from South Africa but have lived in a few countries in the last 8 years. Looking for a flat share or one or two people to team up with from about mid-to-end of December.
Hi there, I'm 42 and have just moved back home to Sydney for work after taking a 22y sabbatical to Bris Vegas to have my two gentlemen ! I can do the usual things you want in a housemate, even cook plus I have a funky sense of humor. I like to live in warm friendly home. Ideally I would love to have my own place, yet it could prove a little too exy esp considering I will most probably be paying for secure parking as well.... If you think I fit in your square or are willing to go outside the box and would like further info about this 5'1" pocket rocket feel free to contact me.
Hi, I've been back in Australia for 3 years having spent the last 12 living and working in London. I work in the film Industry. I work full-time, and while there is an office in Surry Hills that I can use, I prefer working from home most days. I'm looking for a professional, easygoing housemate 35+. Ideally just one housemate, but would consider living with two. Ideally I'd like a larger bedroom (smaller is OK if there is a study). I'm looking for a house that feels like home, I don't mind getting a cleaner, I like to cook, and am pretty relaxed about things generally. Pet's are no problem. I would also consider finding a house with someone and us both moving in together. I'll respond to emails promptly, hope to hear from you.
I'm clean and tidy, and eager to make some new friends. I'm 25 from the UK and working full time in landscaping which means a hard earned beer after work and an early night! : P In my free time I love to go diving and wakeboarding, I enjoy going for walks or just to chill on the beach. One of my favourite things about traveling is the friends made who you live with.
Hi, I'm Anna and I'm an illustrator and 3D artist. I am currently looking for a job in the art industry but to bridge time I just got a job at a cafe in Manly which is why I want to move closer to circular quay if not Manly itself. I have 6 years of experience in shared housing and am a very clean and respectful person. I love to hang out, maybe for an occasional glass of wine or a beer and chat but if you don't that's cool. I'm naturally a very happy person and easy going :) Since I only moved to Sydney a while ago and wouldn't bring much, I need the room to be furnished, and if there was a desk included or some space in a common area where I can draw that would be pretty fantastic :) I hope to hear from you soon anna
Hi, I've just moved over from London. I am a 28yr old chemistry teacher. I'm fairly easy going (I have been told) and socialable. I am looking to make a house a home. I like going out for dinner/drinks but also am happy staying in and watching a good film. I try to keep fit, running, swimming, gym etc and now here in Sydney love going to the beach!
Hello! I'm looking to start a shared apartment with a few other people (maybe 3 or 4 people in a three-bedroom place?), as I have lots of furniture to bring over from my current apartment. This includes a fridge, a couch, a TV unit, and other bits and bobs - just wait til you see my toaster. If that proves too difficult I am also open to moving into an already established shared apartment. All in all, I just want to stay in Mosman because this place makes my heart sing. As for my job, I'm an English tutor, and I take great pride and passion in teaching kids literature. I also study it at the University of Sydney. I'm also an avid weightlifter, which means I'm very organised and clean with my food and the kitchen. My average day consists of going to the gym, cooking, reading, and/or working. My lease ends mid-January but I'm happy to organise a different date if needed. I have rented for over two years. Let's work something out! Feel free to shoot me a message if you want to meet over a coffee or tea. Cheers :-)
Heya, I'm Maitena and looking for a place to call home. I enjoy meeting new people and being active. I'm tidy but also easy going and would love to be able to have a good laugh and chat with my flatmate/s! Keen for a chat if you think this will suit! :)
I am currently studying Early Childhood Education and Care! Love children and animals, open to living with pets. I am quite sociable and love to meet new people and make long term friends, however, I also respect person space and time. As I am currently studying, I have a busy schedule. Balancing work, studying and doing my work placement for school. I don't party or drink, clean up very well and like to stay organised. Looking for a warm home environment with a possibility to quietly study during assessments. I am interested in a private room with lots of natural lighting if possible!
Easy going, down to earth, very clean, love to cook (you'll often find me meal prepping), very outdoorsy and love to hit the gym. I'm looking for somewhere on the northern beaches to have the awesome beach lifestyle that I'm used to from living in Perth. My boyfriend lives in Freshwater so ideally I'm looking for somewhere he can stay one or two nights a week and visa versa, I'd be staying at his a few nights a week too. Hit me up if I sound like your kind of housemate.
Neat and tidy, fun people with a very cute and well behaved dog (who is trained for visiting hospitals and clinics). We're looking to live with people who are friendly and like to have a good time but also enjoy times of quiet.
Hello :)! My name is Rene and I am a young 23 year old looking for a share house. I currently work full time as an Office Manager for an all Natural Therapies Health Clinic. My work hours are flexible and reflect work load rather than actual rostered hours, this means that I can often work long hours as well as having the balance of working from home or having half days. I tend to work very hard Monday - Friday and balance my lifestyle by enjoying anything from a few drinks on the weekend, spontaneous holidays hikes etc (anything that involves being in the sunshine) I am a very chilled person and tend to get along with most people :)!
French consultant from Paris taking a 3 months break in Australia Looking for a quiet place close to the sea to rest, read, write, take time, live... will work very little from here as I am freelancer and can choose planning and contracts Love music, swimming, SUP, kanoe, Jetsurf... or basically water activities. Discrete but helpful if needed, highly respectful of other's property and privacy, clean and tidy, I know how to make really good scrambled eggs :) and a few french specialties, although cooking is not my best skill Not a party animal, prefer fun coming unexpectedly
Hello! I am looking for a new place around lower north shore area. I am 30yo and working full time in finance. Very easy going, clean, love cooking, keeping active (gym and running). Looking to share with like minded people who will share a glass of wine with me :)
Hi, I'm Jean-Michel, freshly arrived from France, I am working at Bathers' Pavilion. Planing into settling done for a while I am looking for a room to rent. I'm easy going, respectfull, like to leave in a clean place and of course I am always willing to help keep it clean. Working in hospitality, means I go to work in the morning but never really know when I'll be home. i'm very shill and like to share a glass of wine or a beer time to time. I do smoke but never inside the home of course, and I try to stay away from people that doesn't smoke while i do (per example, if you're relaxing on a balcony, I'll get out of the appartment to have my cigarette). When I see that the rubush bag is full.... I take it out, I'm not the kind that presse it down to close it and leave it for the next one, same as everything (I wont let an empty toilet paper roll). It might sounds silly but if we have to leave together, it has to be in armony and I think that little detail like that help everyone enjoying the flat. Do not hesitate in contacting me for any information.
Hey friends, Probably the best room mate you'll ever have. By the way I don't really smoke, the cigarette in the picture was merely to dramatise the outfit. Mostly ever lived with women so I'm neat, tidy, always cleaning after myself and others, and cook a great chicken roast. Property investment consultant, workaholic currently averaging 12 - 14 hours days so you'll hardly ever see me as I generally like to keep to myself but do enjoy a glass of wine after work with my room mate from time to time. Not the party type despite the Hawaiian shirt. Recently moved back from managing the company's Melbourne operations for 6 months, currently staying with friends in the east needing my own space again as you can imagine. I'm pretty down to earth so don't be shy to flick me a message. Cheers, Jamal.

Easy going, straight, sociable, tidy and healthy living guy. Just moved to Sydney for work in feature film after over a year living and working in China. From UK originally but don't hold that against me!
Hey I'm Leon, I'm usually social and outgoing, but I can end up spending heaps of time writing and reading, working on scripts and editing, practising cinematography and directing actors. Dance monkey, dance! I keep fit and healthy - I don’t drink or smoke anymore, and I no longer see the weekend as a 2 day bender - I’m focusing on other goals. But I still love to have fun and do adventurous stuff on the weekends, its just shifted slightly, more to nature and outdoors, rather than those ol' smoky bars and dance floors. In between film work I work contract IT jobs for those gold doubloons. If you like escape rooms, then please swipe right :) Looking forward to meeting you.
Hi there, My name is Ejlal and I am a 23 year old female that has moved to Sydney from Brisbane due to work opportunities. I have recently obtained full-time work as a Marketing Coordinator in Milsons Point. I am a reliable, friendly and tidy person and am looking for a place where I can relax after work and on weekends. Although since I've recently moved to Sydney, I'm usually out exploring the city and the beaches! I am in need of a private furnished room. Please contact me if you have something available :) Looking forward to hearing from you. Ejlal
I'm a kind and respectful person, fun to be around with and who values privacy and personal (study) time just as much as sharing a great time with my flatmates. I'm not a messy person, I like to keep my space tidy but am not picky about it. Because of my international background (originally German, lived in France, went to an international school, did a year of travelling and working in Spain, Australia and SE Asia) I've become a very open-minded and tolerant person who likes to not only share the same building with my flatmates but also share great moments together.
a bit about myself I'm a Young professional 27, Working in real estate 5-6 days a week. Chilled out. watch Netflix and gym in spare time. Like going out but don't bring the party home. I have lived in flat mates since 2011 i'm looking for a clean quite place to crash and socialize with cool house mates. Let me know if you'd like me to swing by and check out the place. Mark.
Looking to move on Dec 20th 2016. Hi I'm looking for an unfurnished room big enough for a queen bed. I have some other household things, happy to share or store under the house in boxes. Some of the things I need room for include a 2 seater couch, a push bike, 2 cd racks and a few plastic boxes of stuff. So depending on the space somethings could be stored in the bedroom and some in a lock up garage space or ideally a storage space. I also have a big tv - currently with ex housemates if you need one in your lounge room and have a display unit for it to sit it on - we can retrieve it .... I am on a 7 day roster and work most weekends and some late shifts too. Sometimes I get 4 day breaks when I've worked 10 days in a row, I try to get away for those breaks usually Queensland. I get about 7 weeks annual leave and I like to go overseas or up to Queensland to visit my family. I try to travel outside school holiday time - who wants to pay those inflated prices ?? ;) I have been sharing for over 20 years in Sydney and I respect people's space and know how to clean up after myself. I am not a party person - I like to live in a peaceful, tranquil environment. I'm a vego, non-smoker, respect your privacy, pay rent and all my bills on time, friendly and clean. Happy to cook a curry at home or a buy a take away and chat about life over a meal. I work in the cbd mostly 10.30-7pm; sometimes earlier sometimes later. It's most likely that you probably won't run into me that often because of my work hours. As I work outside of normal hours and most weekends, with days off mostly during the week I'm looking for a quiet household on a quiet street or cul-de-sac with minimal traffic noise etc. So if Meriton is building 7 thousand units next door to your place - it's probably not the place I'm looking for ... :) I don't drive but I do need good access to public transport. Also a dryer in the laundry would be handy for those washing days when it's raining all day... :) Please feel free to send me a message if you think you have a place for me. Cheers - Samantha.
I am very considerate and easy-going person. I am an architect who enjoys surfing, and now am moving to Sydney from Melbourne. I am super easy to live with, unless you are a total mess and do never clean up after yourself. Im looking for a place either close to my work (CBD) with off or on-street parking or at the beach, but close to a train or ferry.
