My name is Adam. I am a chilled out creative thirty-year-old male. I work in a film as a writer and direct my material when I get the chance. On top of that, I have a background in cinematography, But I don't think I'm good enough to be one so I just express that passion through still photography instead. I love my music, especially Nils Frahm and Brian Eno. I'm active and love cooking as it rather feels like mediation to me. I love cinema and will watch a lot of movies as that is my study in some ways and always down for company to watch with. As the film career is still a work in progress, I work as a removalist 3-4 days a week, to keep me busy and pay my bills. So coming back to a nice place I can call home with cool peeps and cool space is something I'd be really attracted to in a home. That's just a little bit about me even though it seems I have harped on for too long.

Hello!! My name is Jake, and this adorable creature on my shoulder is Iago. I’m currently in my final year of studying to be a primary school teacher, and she is a cat. I work as much as I can in education, doing before and after school care and casual hospitality work whenever and wherever I can. We are fun, friendly, clean and cooperative housemates looking for like-minded people to meet and share a home with. At the moment, I'm living with a couple (close friends) who are wanting to move on and find a place of their own hence the need for a new household. Our lease finishes in mid to late September so my move day would most likely be from then on. Looking forward to meeting you.

A kiwi working full-time, working from home most of the time. Would prefer a room that can comfortably fit a desk & a double+ bed. I’m quite tidy and would enjoy getting to know my flatmate/s well. Moving out from the city life and back to the suburbs. Hoping to find a place that’ll feel like home :)

I’m houseproud and would love a relaxed social house where I’m friends with my housemates, we can share meals and drinks, and sometimes go out together. I’m a big fan of the Melbourne live music scene when it’s not totally shut, and I love to cook and share healthy food. On the weekends I’m into riding my bike around, checking out new bars and cafes in the inner north, contemporary art galleries, bouldering, and the odd dance when clubs are not shut forever. I’m moderately keen on bikes and bike-packed the length of New Zealand between lockdowns this year (happy to be the household bike mechanic). I work almost completely remote as an engineer for a company in Geelong. Pre-covid I worked in Germany designing solar power plants, and would like to someday return to renewables. I have a clean six-year rental history with references, and most importantly know my way around a vacuum cleaner and mop. I have about 30 houseplants that would be coming with me, happy to spread the greenery around the house or keep them in my room. I’ve been living in share houses here and overseas since I was 19. I like to think I'm a courteous housemate and I'm mindful of other people's different schedules. If you think I might be a good fit, I’d love to come round and meet you😊. Flexible on move-in date!

Hi there :) My name is Huw, I am Twenty Six years old and work full time as a bar manager at a lovely little vegan pub called the Carringbush hotel in Abbotsford. Currently living in Preston and looking to move closer to work and the city because I plan to study social work next year at RMIT. In my spare time I enjoy exploring everything Melbourne has to offer. Tassie born, so living in the big city is still a novelty 😅 I am a former landscaper so a lover of plants and always happy to help out in the yard. I have plenty of rental history and understand the fundamentals of renting and living with others. If you think I’d make a good fit in your house then feel free to get in touch. Cheers!

Hello, I'm Darragh, 29. Looking to move December / January. (Flexible) I'm starting a course in Jan/Feb, studying music composition and production and need a place to live closer to the campus. Currently in the Frankston area working full-time as a music tutor at LVK Music (Online through lockdown), looking for anywhere along the tram lines / train lines to make commuting in and out of the city easy peasy lemon squeezy. I'm easy going, I cook fucking delicious dinners sometimes and I'm always happy to share. In my downtime you'll find me either making music or gaming with my mates in QLD. The room I have currently is huge, which during lockdown, I've turned into a living room / bedroom. I don't expect to have the same luck I've had with this place so; I have a 2 seater couch and a 50 something inch tv which can be used in a communal space / living area by everyone. There'll also be Nintendo switch and a PS5 plugged into that bad boy so everyone who enjoys gaming can use that freely. If there's no space for any of it ill just have to sell some of it I guess, but the option is there. All that considered, I do have a queen sized bed and a desk that will absolutely be required to fit in my bedroom. I use a Vape so technically a smoker. I have a pretty simple rule I follow when living with others; shared space, no trace. That is to say if I'm using the kitchen, laundry, bathroom or other shared spaces, I leave it as I found it. I'd like to live with people who are also 'creatives' as I call us haha, I think I get along best with people who have creative outlets they enjoy, in whatever form it takes. I'm really looking forward to getting back into the city and exploring lots of spots I can hangout, lord knows we've all spent enough time indoors these past few months so if your house is the kind where spontaneous adventures to a hole in the wall for a beer occur I'm very keen to meet. If you have any other questions feel free to send me a message over the site or txt and ill be happy to answer them.

I am Dipanshu but Everyone who is close to me uses my Nickname which is “Ashu”. I am a quiet and private person but loves to socialise sometimes and grab a beer on weekends or coffee on Sunday morning. I like to clean up my mess immediately and very respectful of privacy and personal space. My hobbies are Running and Cooking food (sharing with Flatmates sometimes). That’s pretty much it because you can only know someone a little bit by reading about them.
