Hi! I'm Kevin, Indonesian student soon enrolling in Monash Uni in February, I'm looking for rooms within the Clayton area, budget is around (preferably below) $200 bills included. I'm pretty chill, friendly and easy going, I get along well with almost anyone, I'm also a neat, organised and respectful person. The things I like doing include cycling, swimming and travelling. I am also interested in photography, anything associated with automotive and aviation, and most of all, food! I also like listening to music and watching movies as well as occasionally going to social events. I'm also quite familiar with daily chores, so I think I'd make a good housemate :)
Hello! We are a couple from Sweden who are moving to Melbourne in the end of January 2017. Anton will be doing his master thesis at the swarm robotics laboratory at Monash University, and Sara will be working. We will stay in Australia for approximately 6 months, but are also interested in shorter stays (e.g. 1 month) if 6 months aren't available. At our spare time we enjoy participating in different cultural events (music, art, movies), playing boardgames and don't mind going out for a beer. We've lived in shared houses before, during our time at Lulea University of Technology, we're clean and easy going. Looking forward to swap the snow of Sweden to Australia!
I'd love to live in a sharehouse where my flat mates are all good friends who go out together and love to have fun. I've just finished my first year of Psychology and I'm continuing my degree in Melbourne at Monash University. I've lived in Sydney my whole life and am dying for a change. I love travelling and chatting with people. Mostly just like singing, and chatting with my friends, and going on adventures. I love chatting to people from different places (just came back from study abroad) and cultures. I've been told I'm a very excitable, outgoing and fun person (I hope they're right!) I'm always very happy to chat with my flatmates, Always clean up after myself, don't snore and will always be kind and respectful.

My girlfriend and I (same-sex couple from Thailand; aged 23 & 25) are looking for an accommodation near Monash University-Clayton. We're easy going, tidy, and very respectful of other people. I can speak English fluently; my gf can also communicate, but she's not exactly fluent in the language yet. We're hoping to share an accommodation with those who would see us as potential good friends, not just room fillers.
I've been living on campus at Monash for the last year but want to move into a share house because rent on campus is way too expensive for what it is. I'm 20, I'll be in second year science next year hoping to major in maths and environmental sciences. From Gippsland and will likely go back every weekend to work and play netball so I won't be around 24/7. Ideally after around $160-$180 a week with an ensuite but not too fussed. Also probably won't want to move in until February.
I work as an full time Structural Engineer. I am looking forward to rent out a place to the south eastern suburbs. I am very social, outgoing and enjoy a variety of activities and events to keep myself busy. I am happy to accompany anyone looking for a place or move in a room where available.
I'm 25 from Perth and work in Human Resources/ Industrial Relations and have recently taken on a new job in Melbourne. I enjoy eating out and a decent coffee as well as a social beer. I usually go out Saturday. My hobbies are music, surfing, ocean photography and drones.
Hi there! Brazilian architect, about to enroll on another degree next year on Tafe. I’m a social but introverted person, a bit active and am vegetarian (don't mind if you are not) and enjoy an occasional happy hour. Super nice, non smoker, non crazy, respectful, tidy, clean, organized (I'll reorganize your furniture if you let me). I have shared houses before. Ask me anything! Looking for a place where I can feel confortable and happy.
I m an italian-aussie girl who is going to start an undergraduate degree at Clayton. I like reading and even if I like spending some time alone, I can be pretty chatty. I am open minded and I like to keep things clean and in order but I am not a particular person at all. I don't smoke and I don't have pets, anyway I wouldn't mind living with smokers or pets. I have already lived in a shared flats for 2 years. I like play pool and enjoy movies. I love boardgames and poker and I wouldn't mind a drink with friends sometimes. Not convinced? I can solve your rubik's cube or cook for you (pizza, bolognese pasta, tiramisù...) ;) See ya!
I'm a 19 year old relaxed student looking for like minded people to share some short term accomodation with. A place with my own bathroom would be ideal. I also like to keep things clean and tidy and am a somewhat social person! Message if I seem like an okay fit for your place :)
I'll be in Europe in January/February and am looking for a place for when I get back to Melbourne at the end of February. I've spent nearly 2 years out of home so I know how to survive by myself. I love going out and being social but I also like to have some quiet time occasionally. I'm studying Commerce/Journalism at Monash and work part-time so I lead a pretty busy life but I still need people to be able to relax and destress with. I'm clean, organised and will always pay my bills on time. I'd love to find a great bunch of people to live with so get in touch.
I am interested in finding a one bedroom place to live by myself. I'm clean, reliable, trustworthy and have a part time (33hrs) job. No pets. I don't smoke.

I clean meticulously and like to tidy up after myself. I cook most of the time, so a lucky housemate could benefit from some free food.
Accomodating easy to go guy, but serious with academic stuffs, I would like to prefer a place which is quiet and clean, specially because I would be pretty busy with my studies [PhD thing :( ]. I am omnivorous, but would prefer veg though :)
Hello, my name is Jasmine, I'm currently 19 and Studying full time at University. My current lease ends at the end of the year, and I would love to share a home with like minded individuals. I'm fun and will guarantee to tell you a few horrible jokes on the daily. I'm honest, and will of course pay rent and bills on time. I'm easy to get a long with, don't mind a few drinks but also like a bit of spare time to myself. I write novels in my spare time, so if I ever looked stressed, never fear it's just the good old writers block! I'd be quite happy to cook dinner one or two nights a week, bear in mind that I am a Terrible cook though so eat at your own risk!! Otherwise I I'm currently unemployed, however since being published, I am gaining freelance work and I am also looking for jobs around the areas I have listed and won't stop until I snag one! I've had four years of shared house experience as I moved out of home at a young age, I'd like to think I've matured beyond my years. I appreciate a clean home as I'm sure most people do, so I'm very clean! I'm willing to also team up with someone or a few people in getting our own home also. Hope to hear from you soon! :)

Hi, I'm Emily! I'm a student currently studying fashion design at RMIT and working part-time at Monash University with the Academy of Performing Arts. I have a friend who is moving down from Sydney in late October/early November so we're looking for a place with two bedrooms. I work late nights as an usher at the university theatre, so we're looking for a place near the Monash Clayton campus. Nadia is still organizing things for their move down to Melbourne, but they're looking to study history at Melbourne University while working part time. I love theatre, sewing, reading, and hanging out with friends watching rubbish telly and movies. I'm a bit of a nerd and so is Nadia. We're both very clean roommates who love to cook and drink coffee. I mostly make costumes in my spare time, but I've been known to make the odd made to measure outfit here and there. Who knows, there might be something you'd like that I can make for you!

Now working full time in Springvale so need a place which is a bit quieter but definitely still social :) Chilled gal and game for exploring the city with some new pals, but will also respect your privacy. Hi, I'm looking for some people within 5 years of my age to move in with or team up and start a new share house with. I work unloading shipping containers in Dandenong area an average of 25-30 hours a week. I am also looking to start building and selling guitar effects gear as soon as I find somewhere stable to live. I am a respectful, mature, responsible, and clean person. I'm a huge music fan from traditional Japanese folk music to Swedish death metal to jazz, so music is what I dedicate most of my free time to. I do use headphones when listening to music and practicing guitar so it shouldn't bother anyone. I'm also into Japanese comics, Comedy shows like South Park, and old video games from the 80's and 90's. I'm fine living with students, religious people, people of the LGBT community, people of different cultural background, and nerds like myself who practice guitar for 3 hours then spend the next 4 hours binge watching a season of the dudesons. Anyway please contact me if you want to team up, have a spare room, or have any questions. email: maynardn777(at)hotmail.com

I am an Italian student and I am moving to Australia to start my Phd in marine biology. Since I started my Master Degree I've always lived in shared apartments/dormitories, so I am used to accept compromises and share space and time. I am looking for friendly flatmates and there is no problem if you have pets, I love them. I love diving, sailing, swimming (essentially anything related to the sea), reading, and photography! I'll move around the 15th of October.
Hi all, About myself: I am a professional engineer with Northern-European background, recently moved here to enjoy better climate and way of life. I am cool with most of people and believe diversity will enrich us. I have a more doer attitude than a thinker or chiller. My hobbies include motorcycles (racing, cruising, touring), cars, bicycling, poker, disc golf, electronics, music. My ideal share-house I would join or create: I would prefer a European/western style share house (not a racist, we'll just get along better with similar cultural background). With 4-5 comfy individual rooms (to have more company, some possibly for couples), with an possible extra room for friends/Couchsurfers to temporarily stay in. All for the diversity. Can be male and female mixed. All working professionals (no need to argue about expenditures in range of 10$). Should be a home to live and thrive, rather than cheap accommodation. A big friendly family to share evenings and weekends by choice rather requirement, as of living together. Of course if one needs private time, this should be ok too. Friends coming over in the weekend should be a norm, rather a unwanted exception. Going out together to explore the city and events. Preferably with a paid cleaning for common areas/gardening service (unless somebody is too keen to do gardening by themselves. I guess cleaning in not a hobby :) ). Location: I would prefer living in a reasonable distance from my workplace (Mulgrave, up to 10km radius). The house should have a easy and fast access to the city for both car and public transport, should be located in or near the center of a well established suburb (restaurants, bars, cafes, etc.). House: Preferably new built or freshly renovated. Modern style. Adequate heating and cooling in all areas. Living area: Big living area with comfy sofas and large TV/projector. Console(s), if you are interested. Movie server/Netflix box. Fast Internet and WiFi. Kitchen: Big open kitchen with all the required utensils and appliances(micro, oven, cooktop, grill, etc.). Should be simultaneously comfortably use-able by at least two persons. Shared meals, why not. Backyard: Some greenery, BBQ, large covered sitting/lounge area. Possibly hot tub or a pool. Garage: Double-car garage with all the tools for simple maintenance for cars and bikes ( I am a DIY-er). Although, the actual vehicles should stay outside (except bikes and bicycles). Possibly create a common area there with a pool table, sofas and a fridge for drinks. My current situation: I do not own much property except a motorbike, a bicycle and some tools, but I would be willing to invest to create this kind of atmosphere. Of course, first solution would be to get all the required inventory from Gumtree for a cheap price and upgrade whenever necessary. It might be possible for me to get some of the stuff from a friend (couches, beds, mattresses, pool table, kitchen equipment). If any of this rings a bell for you, give me a message or a text, let's get together over a beer and discuss the possible future. Cheers, Rait

I do not smoke and I drink occasionally. I am looking for share accommodation around Monash University campus. Please drop me a message Thank you.
I love baking, cats and dogs ( as long as they are clean). I would love to share a room with a kind girl. I am funny, outgoing, but hot-tempered sometimes!
I'm an easy going, tidy, light smoker. I start my bachelor of education next year so being reasonably close to the city is a must. I am looking for a long term residence, but have been fairly ok bouncing from short term house to short term house these past few years. I love animals, witty dark-humoured cartoons, and video games. I genuinely enjoy cooking and cleaning so am more than happy to do both of these things :) I have been living independently since I was 16 because I needed to live closer to the school I was attending in the city. Education has always come first for me, so I am usually studying, reading or writing, meaning I won't be a bother to have in the house!
Im very bubbly , and always fun to br around , in saying that I am also very responsible , and I do enjoy my own space aswell. I enjoy cleaning , and can reassure that the place will always be tidy. In my spare time I do have a passion for baking and love baking cupcakes for house mates . Im looking for a pet friendly room as I do have my beautiful cat bella with me
