Hi! I'm from the Philippines and will start my studies at Monash U this June. I will be arriving in Clayton on 26 June 2017 and am looking for a room in a shared flat in Clayton or near it. I am easy to get along with and tidy. I enjoy cooking, especially when I'm cooking for others. Looking forward to sharing a flat with nice people.
I'm a student from the US on exchange at Monash University studying Chemical Engineering. I'm looking for a place close to Monash Clayton campus, preferably walking distance. I like having time to myself, but I'm also down to hang out and have a drink or party. I'm an organized, relaxed person and can get along with pretty much anyone.
I am a student enrolling into the Monash Clayton campus from this June, will be looking for a place to stay nearby the area during my term of study. Will be landing in Melbourne on the 8th of June and will be househunting for 1 week from the ( 8th to 15th June) for a suitable place to stay. I would think myself as a pretty sociable person and do enjoy a good laugh or 2. Like to keep things neat and tidy, as well as mutual respect for communal space. Also looking to meet new friends and thoroughly enjoy this whole experience! Rent payments and all will be duly paid on time always. Looking to meet roomies that will remain as good friends even after the lease has been over! Preferred stay length is flexible. I would prefer to live around similar-age group students and such but I'm open to the rest as well. Do message me if you have an available room to rent out nearby or so. I do look forward to talking to you!
I'm from Japan, half Australian and a first-year student at Monash:) Love music, animals, outdoor, cooking. Quiet and Clean (would prefer to live with female students) Close to bus/train stop and shopping area Max. $190 including all bills Thank you!
Hey, I am a 27yo working professional have decided to do some more studies this year. I am a VERY clean, non-smoking, quiet and responsible individual, love a glass of red wine and to cook fresh meals of an evening with a movie or some TV. I am very outgoing and love a chat but like my own space and quiet time as well - I am a very social character and love a BBQ or dinner with mates, but definitely not a party person. I am looking for a furnished room or property room to rent with other mature people or working professionals. I am not interested in single bed student accommodation in a large student share house - I am looking for a quiet and friendly property that can be my home (potentially) for my full-time 3 year course starting in July. I have a budget however am willing to be flexible for the right place with the right people. Please feel free to send me a message if you think I may be a good house mate :)

I love a chat or if you need space im ok with just chilling in my room, I generally like to keep to myself. I like to get out and about during the weekend, also don't mind a few wines every now and then. I'm clean and always willing to help out around the house. Very respectful towards others and have an open mind. I also have a boyfriend although he won't be coming with me I'd like to find a place where the occasional overnight stay is ok. Currently looking for a room close to public transport or if anyone would like to team up I'm open to that as well. :)
Hi there, I'm looking for a sharehouse to move out into starting June, to stay at until late November-early December. I'm a 20 year old engineering student at Monash Clayton, and my parents are moving overseas soon, which is why I'm looking for a place to stay. I would prefer a place with students, so that there are less issues with incompatible schedules :) Don't mind PT access as I have a car, but proximity to Monash would be a huge plus. I'm also a musician, so I'll practice guitar at times, but I can be very accommodating about noise and have a solid set of headphones I can use to practice quietly. Shoot me a message if you have a listing that you think I would be good for!

Hey, I'm Sven from Bavaria, Germany, and I’ve been offered the opportunity to work on a research project at Monash University School of Chemistry, Campus Clayton. My stay will be from June 1nd to September 4th. I would describe myself as an open-minded, enthusiastic, joyful and active student. When I’m not at university, I spend my free time on working in associations, supporting refugees in German cultural integration or organizing events for Christian Union at university. Moreover, I like to do sports particularly with friends, e.g. table tennis, swimming, squash or hiking. It would be fantastic to share a flat with some locals since I love to learn more about Australian culture and having a good time during cooking, sports or discussions. I could also provide you with some German-Bavarian Culture and dishes ;). A personal highlight and aim of my stay is to get involved in Aussie Rules culture, so If you could teach me rules or even go out and train together, it would be awesome :) . Concerning some organizational details, I’ve considered living in a reachable periphery to the School of Chemistry and paying around ~190 AUD/week (negotiable). I’m looking forward to hearing from you and I could also provide more information or we arrange an interview on skype, if you like. Best regards and greetings from Germany Sven
