I’m easygoing and like to get outdoors and explore in my spare time but also love to socialise and explore new cafes or dinner spots! I’m super tidy and respectful of all communal spaces. Enjoy a night out here and there but not a party person by any means. I’m in my early 20s and have 2.5 years of rental history, all of which have been in house shares with 2-4 other working professional housemates, so I’m very used to house share dynamics and keeping my space tidy. I currently work at Perth High Performance Centre (I have a contract and work above those hours - it provides a steady income), and I study Biochemistry at UWA. When I’m not working or studying, I’m usually training in the gym, outside for a walk and swim, game nights, or a coffee/dinner with friends. I’m up for a chat and being social with housemates, but also equally enjoy my own time to relax. I consider myself very ‘house-proud’, always keeping my areas and common areas presentable and tidy.
