I'm in my 40's and returning to Melbourne after a couple of years away. I enjoy yoga, dancing, walking in nature, foodie (and wine) things, being at the beach and time out of town when I can. Though looking forward to re-exploring all that the Inner North has going on! I'm seeking a friendly space with easy going people where the place is our home, not just a place to sleep. Where friends or family can sometimes visit and feel welcome (mine and yours). I am very independent and quiet but also social and happy to connect for meals or a catch up whenever it aligns. I enjoy cooking, both for myself and others. I'm flexible with how my evenings and weekends are spent, whether out and about, catching up with friends or relaxing at home. I will be working out of the house (in health) on weekdays. I'm considerate of others in terms of noise, personal space, and cleaning up shared areas and hope you are too. I appreciate anyone who is open minded, not too rigid in house routines and has a flexible in approach to life. A home that has lots of natural light, an outdoor area, good heating and a full kitchen are key requirements for me. I'd also be happy in the company of a friendly and chilled out pet if there is one :) I'm getting better at keeping plants alive and happy to look after them when it's needed.

Hi, I’m Ami. 🌻 I'm working full-time as a researcher and completing a Master of Public Health part-time. Interested in a 6 month lease. I’m moving down from Brisbane so unfortunately can’t inspect places in person. Happy to do a phone call or be sent videos of the place but understand if that’s not for you. I won’t be moving with a lot of things so a room with a bed is ideal. I'm pretty chill and enjoy a good chat, but otherwise I’m quiet at home. I really appreciate living in a tidy space and will always do my part to keep it that way. I'd say I’m responsible but not uptight. I travel for work from time to time, so can be out of the house for a few days to a week. I enjoy cooking, being outdoors, seeing live music/concerts, going on solo adventures, trying new restaurants, and working on the occasional creative project.
