Heyo,

I'm Joby (24m) and have just started a Cert 4 in Mental Health course at RMIT and am looking to find a new place closer to the city! I'd be looking to make the move at the very start September once my roommates return from their overseas holiday.

I have a 6 year old cat called Pepper who i'd like to accompany me. She's a pretty chill cat.
I'm pretty chill too.
I clean up after myself, am respectful of people and enjoy socialising as well as my own space. I enjoy playing the acoustic guitar and singing and am a creative type. I am looking for a non smoking place.

I'm looking for a 12 month lease.

I have a reference from a place I lived at for a year and can get more references if required.
