Hello, I’m Will 31 year old Australian male, and I’ve recently started working as Senior Graphic Designer at Cotton On. I’m currently living in North Melbourne and commute to Geelong by Train 4-days a week, so I’m looking to secure an Unfurnished Room somewhere Northside, preferably in North Melbourne, so I can easily cycle to Spencer St Train Station in the mornings for Work! A bit about myself: I’m a passionate Graphic Designer, Filmmaker, Photographer and Video editor by trade, and I’ve recently moved back home to Melbourne from living up in Sydney for the past 3 years. FYI I’lI will be working full-time in the Office 4-days a week in Geelong / WFH during the pandemic in Melbourne kind of ruined it for me! I’m currently single so there’s no future couple scenario on the horizon. I go for Walks/Runs during my lunch breaks most days, and I workout at the Gym most evenings after work! I’m always down for a Movie Sesh, Drinks, Kick of the Footy, Soccer, Surfing, Going out to Pubs/Bars, Cinemas, Exploring and Attending Cool Events – although at times I do spend a lot of time Designing / Editing at home when I’m on deadline with work! I’m looking to live with nice and chilled people with whom I share similar values such as: Truthfulness, High Energy, Positivity, Confidence, Passion, Conscientious and Ambition. Generally, I’m looking for people to live and enjoy life with in-between working hard and striving to become a better person. I like to be around people that I can confide in / if necessary bounce ideas off on an intellectual level – although I do respect other’s needs for Space and Privacy, and I’m definitely someone whom you can trust to be Clean, Respectful and Match the Vibe / Energy of everyone in the house! I drive an old Land Rover SUV so an off-street car park would be amazing but it’s not a dealbreaker. I have a harsh move-out date with my current place in North Melbourne of 13th July 2025, so I would be looking to commit to a new Unfurnished Room / Apartment ASAP.
