I'm currently not working, just about at retirement and looking to downsize from my current accommodation asap. I'm a friendly, easygoing, quiet and respectful guy who can get along with anyone who's also respectful of others. Sharing with males or females or a combination of fine. I mostly stick to myself and stay at home. I enjoy watching Aussie Rules Football and Cricket on TV, or occasionally live if circumstances permit. I'm a non-smoker. I might have the occasional alcoholic drink, but not often.
Looking to live in a quiet, peaceful environment where, if sharing accommodation, others are similarly respectful. I've lived in share accommodation before, so I realise that everyone's different, but as long as 'Flatmates' aren't 'light fingered' or rude, we can get along fine.
I'm looking for a place in the listed suburbs or surrounding suburbs that is preferably a close walk to public transport and easy access to shopping centre, that preferably has a good internet connection that I can connect to. I have my own Queen Sized Bedroom suite including Bedside Drawers and Dressing Table, so I'd like to be able use those if at all possible I also have a large Smart TV that I'd like to bring with me. If moving into accommodation with other 'new' tenants, I can bring in a good 5 piece Recliner Lounge suite, also a medium to large, fairly new Refrigerator. Carparking off-road would be preferred, but not essential. Up to $200/week rent, plus expenses
