In the UK I work for the NHS within oncology, and have always wanted to take a short break or long sabbatical in aus. Let’s face it, the lifestyle and weather beats that of the UK right!? I'm a non-smoker and LGBTQ+ so finding a house with respectful views is a must for me. I’m trying to find a job before I move out, which I know might be difficult but figured it will be easier than scrambling when I’m over there. I’m thinking my budget will be around $350-400 a week realistically. I’m also looking to be in Melbourne in the CBD maybe Richmond or Collingwood. In my free time, you can find me exploring the local food scene, hitting the gym, running, or checking out art galleries and cultural events. I also try and go to a lot of gigs, with my old job as a publicist in the entertainment industry I do get perks of free tickets with +1 ;-) My ideal house vibe is clean, respectful, and chill - enjoying drinks, cooking, playing games, and hanging out with friends, and perhaps someone who could show me the neighbourhood and fun activities!
