Eden

Hello! I am Eden, 30 years old and am seeking one person (woman/femme; late 20's - late 30's) to team up with to get a nice place in the inner northern suburbs of Melbourne. I am commencing my masters of law shortly, and work part time in the family violence/advocacy space. Alternatively, if you have a whole one bedroom apartment available for rent, I would also be open to that.

I'm ideally looking for someone who is a working professional and/or studying and working like me. I want the home to feel warm and calm, with plenty of space/privacy to work and study from home when needed. I'm looking for someone who could pay around $450-500 per week (I will too). I am house proud and like to keep things clean and uncluttered, so this is a must for my future roommate. I have some furniture to bring with me, everything we need for the kitchen (sans fridge). I value communication and am genuinely interested in forming a friendship with the person I live with.

In my spare time I enjoy hot mat pilates, an occasional wine, eating good food, reading and drawing, and spending time with my friends. I'm not really much of a partier but I will on occasion. I can be a homebody at times and my home is a safe escape. I love to cook so dinner parties are something I enjoy, and there will often be something yum in the fridge that I'll share with you! I have a cat (Devon rex breed) so no other pets unfortunately.
