My current landlord (whom I live with) can attest to that. 😊 The only reason I'm looking to move is for bigger opportunities. I have a great tenant relationship with my landlord. I have two small pets that are very trained and both toliet trained for the outside. A small and senior Jack Russell and a small 3yo cat. Cat is so small she can fit in my handbag! Both desexed and up to date in health. Looking for someone who can accommodate having the two pets inside and outside the home. This is a non negotiable. I don't mind smokers or drinkers, I don't mind if you don't work. I personally don't smoke, drink or currently work but have stable income.
