Im 19 years of age, studying full time at Southern Cross University in Coolangatta. I also have a part time job, I mainly work nights or early mornings. I am never late with my rent $200/week is my maximum budget as this leave me enough out of my weekly income to live comfortably Internet is a must as i am a uni student and all my classes are online. Im looking for somewhere that can be social at times but at others i can have quiet to study.
Hey there, I'm Sharni, I'm currently not working due to illness but hoping to get back to the workforce asap, and I am about to start a Diploma of Graphic Design online. I have well-behaved little cat named Baby (she happily lives in my room and will basically just follow me around), I am very clean in shared areas, and friendly, though I mostly keep to myself. Unfortunately, I do smoke currently but it's not much and I am cutting back and hoping to quit completely soon. Day to day I spend most of my time at home but I do like to roller skate, go to concerts and festivals, and explore local nature areas. I like to keep a clean home, especially in the bathroom and kitchen areas, and am very considerate of others and their belongings. I'm after somewhere to call home, somewhere safe, with good vibes and cool roomies, if any of that interests you please get in touch :). Ideally I'm looking for a studio/granny flat type space but am also considering teaming up or joining a small houseshare. As I have my cat having a bathroom/ensuite or separate space to keep the cat litter is preferred but not essential. If you're interested in teaming up, ideally I would want to look for a 2-3 bedroom place in the south GC area. Or if you have any questions about me or how I might fit into your existing household please contact me. Anyway, thanks for reading, message me if you have any questions :) I look forward to hearing from you.
This place is beautiful ! the View is amazing, sitting on the Deck watching the planes take off and Land, without the noise of them flying over top ! We have a massive 2 level backyard as well as a backyard deck, a fire pit up back as well. There is only 1 bathroom, with the toilet separate , The house has an almost 3 car garage which means we have alot of storage space, The room is unfurnished , has a big built in wardrobe . There are 2 of us living here , looking for someone in the 25-35 age group, who doesnt mind a few drinks on the deck, bit of music, its not a party house though . So looking for someone similar to fit in with us !
Looking to move out of my parents house and live somewhere else for a while. Always pays rent and bills on time and have youth allowance and DSP to ensure that I always pay rent. Im very quiet, won't make too much noise and is very chill and can have a good laugh
I am an international student, currently studying for my Bachelor of Business in Hospitality and Tourism at Southern Cross University. But I will be moving from Coffs Harbour to Gold Coast during the last week of May or the first week of June. I am looking for a place to stay for about 8 months as I graduate in February next year. I am relatively clean and like to cook when I have free time. I do sleep very late at night to catch up on my studies so a private room would be lovely. I like to watch movies and play some board games. I didn't learn driving so I will take public transport most of the time. My maximum budget is $200 including bills! I hope I can be a great flatmate with you!
Great water and bush views, light airy and spacious for two persons, bedrooms seperate, share bathroom. Furniture /appliances provided but if you have things the current furniture can be stored. Very flexible. Renovated in funky style but all practical. Only 8 mins to Coolie but it feels like you are on top of the world ( on hill) and in the bush. Quiet area, no traffic. Best suited to car drivers; Driveway parking. Garden area downstairs for vegies, Internet can be connected all negotiable.
