Shops, service stations, takeaways and restaurants are all within walking distance. 1,5km to the Seagulls Club with restaurant, all-you-can-eat buffet and 24/7 gym. Southern Cross Uni, Coolangatta Airport, CBD and the beach are only 5 minutes drive away. Sorry, strictly no pets and no children. Non-smoking preferred, but smoking outside accepted. 3 weeks bond + first weeks rent required upfront. 2 weeks notice required before moving out. Unknown length of lease due to house being for sale. Has been on the market since June 2018 and is very unlikely to be sold any time soon.
The property is on a large block with a great front yard going all the way around the place and located right near the river. Furthermore, it is a 5 minute drive to the highway, to the shops and beach. The house does have air conditioning. With all this the area is very quiet with lovely neighbours making it an awesome pace to live.
Just moved up from Ulladulla on the south coast, 12 hours away. Just looking to find my feet and start out fresh. I’m clean and very self sufficient, can cook but not looking to be the house maid. I’m a hairdresser by trade. Have also worked in hospitality and retail. I’m just looking for somewhere nice and quiet in a still decent location. I’m crashing on my gf’s fold out lounge atm and I appreciate her generosity to help me get on my feet but with 2 toddlers 2 and 3 it’s starting to become unbearable and I just want a place to call own. Anyway I’m easy to get along with, love a good laugh but also enjoy my own company.
The rent is negotiable but it does come with everything you need. If you weigh up the costs of setting yourself up with white goods, nice furnishings, shared WiFi, shared Foxtel and solar power, this is a great deal!!! A lovely 2 bedroom duplex at ground level. There is a beautiful paved walk along the river in a safe quiet residential area, its a lovely place to live. Perfect if you do not have white goods or furniture, the mattresses are awesome, there are pots and pans, microwave, washing machine, fridge, TV, linen and other basic essentials as it has been setup for holiday accommodation. But please note everything works perfectly however I do not take any responsibility for breakdowns of white goods. I don't mind smokers or some pets but there will be some rules. Check out the photos, they say a 1000 words. The flat is furnished as per the pics. I am happy to remove the furniture for a long term stayer. I live in a studio flat next door and basically use a fair bit of the external areas of the property. I am a Tradie with equipment etc stored generally out of site. The outdoor area in the pic is completely fenced and is yours for entertainment (and maybe pets), however I will use it as a thoroughfare to access my storage. The fenced area in the corner is a 6 person spa bath, however it is not setup to be hot, great for the kids or for a cool off. There is an air conditioner in the living room and a ceiling fan in the master, I can organize a ceiling fan in bed two, but in saying that the air conditioner cools the whole house. There is Foxtel and WiFi but are not included in the rental price, WiFi $20 per month, Foxtel $50 per month for movies and documentaries (great deal). These facilities do not have to be part of the deal but because I share the cost they are pretty cool. Water and electricity will be shared based on the number of people, however I have just installed a large solar system so electricity should be minimal.
Its a two bedroom flat with airconditioning! There are two pools in the complex, a tennis court and a gym. It is a security building with secure parking in the basement. Its only a short walk to public transport. No pets allowed as I already have four birds! Dogs and cats aren't allowed in the complex. You will need to fill in an application with our onsite management as all tenants need to be approved by the landlord.

The views are great, can see the river and beautiful trees all around. It is light and airy, get great summer breezes, it has been renovated (funky style) everything functional and will be improving little things all the time. Parking off street for one but there are spaces on road. Trustworthy area, neighbours are good at neighbourhood watch. Friendly area. 7 mins to airport and beach but away from crowds. Both rooms are good size and can help with furniture. Some things can stay.

This unit has a modern interior layout, it has been recently renovated with new appliances etc, it is on the 3rd storey of a complex and is on the water front, it has amazing 180 degree views from the balcony onto the tweed river and surrounding hills, its a 5 minute drive to coolangata and there are bus stops nearby, the coolangata airport and southern are also closeby
