The house is newly renovated with new paint and carpet. It is spacious with views over Kirra and Coolangatta. Only 10 minutes to the M1, 15 minutes to the airport and Southern Cross Uni. Unfortunately no pets are allowed. The room is located downstairs so you have lots of privacy. The room is unfurnished. All bills are included in the rent. The house has internet and Netflix and a car space.
I'm a pretty easygoing, responsible and tidy guy who respects privacy and quiet personal space. I work full time in my own business so bills and rent are always paid on time. I enjoy a few drinks from time to time and even a party every now and then but the majority of my weekends are spent getting out and about so I enjoy early nights more than I used to! I'm looking for the right person to share a two bedroom/two bathroom dwelling with a budget of $250-$300.
This place is beautiful ! the View is amazing, sitting on the Deck watching the planes take off and Land, without the noise of them flying over top ! We have a massive 2 level backyard as well as a backyard deck, a fire pit up back as well. There is only 1 bathroom, with the toilet separate , The house has an almost 3 car garage which means we have alot of storage space, we have 2 dogs so must love dogs ! The room is unfurnished , has a big built in wardrobe . We both work days and are home most nights, looking for someone in the 25-35 age group, who doesnt mind a few drinks on the deck, bit of music, its not a party house though . So looking for someone similar to fit in with us !
Aloha! I moved to Australia a few months ago from Canada and I've been travelling the east coast since. I fell in love with the southern gold coast area and am looking to start renting a room in a flat as soon as possible. I’m a scuba dive instructor and am happiest when spending my time outdoors. I’m a super chill flatmate, who loves to cook and socialize. Not huge into partying, but can of course enjoy a cheeky drink. I spent the last year living on a small Caribbean island in Honduras, so I would love to find a place that I can feel apart of a home again. Before moving here, I used to own my apartment in Vancouver, Canada so I understand the importance of being a respectful tenant. I've shared homes with many flatmates and appreciate a clean home and respect everyone's privacy. If you think we could be a good match, shoot me a message. Cheers!
Great water and bush views, light airy and spacious for two persons, bedrooms seperate, share bathroom. Furniture /appliances provided but if you have things the current furniture can be stored. Very flexible. Renovated in funky style but all practical. Only 8 mins to Coolie but it feels like you are on top of the world ( on hill) and in the bush. Quiet area, no traffic. Best suited to car drivers; Driveway parking. Garden area downstairs for vegies, Internet can be connected all negotiable.
Hi! I am a 23 year old female who is about to embark on the new journey of being a graduate paramedic. I currently live in Western Sydney but will be relocating for my new job. I am a very relaxed type of person, super clean, neat and tidy! I will be working odd hours, as its shift work and generally just due to the nature of my job.
Our beautiful house has direct river access in the backyard, with stunning river views from all bedrooms. 1st room to rent ($190, 12 m²) with built-in wardrobe is currently furnished with double bed, 2x bedside tables, desk, chair, mirror and 2x lamps. But can also be unfurnished if required. (Occupied to the end of June at this stage.) 2nd room to rent ($170, 11.5 m²) with built-in wardrobe is currently unfurnished. Both rooms share the big main bathroom including bathtub and separate toilet. WiFi and water are included in rent. Power will be charged additionally. There's a bus stop right in front of the house. Shops, service stations, takeaways and restaurants are all within walking distance. 1,5km to the Seagulls Club with restaurant and 24/7 gym. Southern Cross Uni, Coolangatta Airport, CBD and the beach are only 5 minutes drive away. Sorry, strictly no pets and no children. Non-smoking preferred, but smoking outside accepted. 3 weeks bond + first weeks rent when moving in. 2 weeks notice required before moving out. Unknown length of lease due to house being for sale. Has been on the market since June 2018 and is very unlikely to be sold any time soon. We are actually in the planning of buying it ourselves as we love this spot so much :D
My name is Jock Reed and I am a 32 year old male. I have recently moved here from the Central Coast. It has been a long time goal of mine and I am now making it happen. I have strong rental references and I wish to apply for your property. I am looking to lease my own property eg, house, flat, granny flat etc for a minimum of six months. I am a stonemason and I secured full time work with Stone Style at Currumbin shortly after I arrived. I am currently living in the Byron bay shire For anyone considering myself as a tenant or boarder, I am conscientious in my dealings with other people, clean, non smoker, very easy to get along with, scrupulously honest and respectful of people’s requirements and needs. I always make payments on time and take the upmost care of other people’s property. I am ready and can move in ASAP but I am also willing to wait for the right place. Yours Truly Jock Reed
Hey there, I'm Sharni, I'm currently not working due to illness but hoping to get back to the workforce asap, I have well-behaved little cat named Baby (she happily lives in my room and will basically just follow me around), I am very clean in shared areas, and friendly, though I mostly keep to myself. Unfortunately, I do smoke currently but it's not much and I am cutting back and hoping to quit completely soon. Ideally I'm looking for a studio/granny flat type space but am also considering teaming up. As I have my cat having a bathroom/ensuite or separate space to keep the cat litter is preferred but not essential. I spend most of my time just relaxing at home but I do like to roller skate, go to concerts and festivals, and explore local nature areas. If you're interested in teaming up, ideally I would want to look for a 2-3 bedroom place in the south GC area. Or if you have any questions about me or how I might fit into your existing household please contact me. Anyway, thanks for reading, message me if you have any questions :) I look forward to hearing from you.
I am an international student, currently studying for my Bachelor of Business in Hospitality and Tourism at Southern Cross University. But I will be moving from Coffs Harbour to Gold Coast during the last week of May or the first week of June. I am looking for a place to stay for about 8 months as I graduate in February next year. I am relatively clean and like to cook when I have free time. I do sleep very late at night to catch up on my studies so a private room would be lovely. I like to watch movies and play some board games. I didn't learn driving so I will take public transport most of the time. I hope I can be a great flatmate with you!
HI there, Im looking for shared accommodation on the gold coast. starting a new full time job in Varsity lakes and Coolangatta as a Practice manager for 3 ophthalmic clinics. I would need a room week on/off as I would be in northern rivers every fortnight. However Ill be paying for full time tenancy. I come with a loveable small dog and would be taking her with me on the fortnight I'm away. Looking to live with someone chilled and active. Im keep myself healthy and fit and would be after a drug, smoke free environment. I love a good chat and laugh with some chilled music over a good meal at the end of the day. ;) on occasion ill pull out my guitar with a glass of wine. I am also studying online while working. Happy to join a established house or create one together, Please drop me a line to chat :) Sheryl
Hey future house mates! I work as a dogtor full time, including some weekends, am fully house trained; and super easy to live with :) I'd love to find somewhere I can call home, with nice people who are happy to share an occasional wine or movie. I'm new to the area but so far am loving the beaches, coffee and all the national parks. I come with a small, cute but cheeky inside cat named Billie. I'm hoping to move in the next month but longer than that could work too.
