Hello! We are Mikayla and Clem, a couple, we have been together for 2years. To introduce ourselves, Clem works full-time as a landscaper with HappyScapes in Coolum and has recently completed his degree in Environmental Science. Mikayla is a qualified group fitness instructor at F45 Bli Bli. Currently, we are living with Clem’s parents at their beautiful property in Doonan. While we love staying with them, we feel it’s time to have our own space. We believe that having our own rental property will also help us build references for future housing opportunities. We believe we would be ideal tenants as we take great pride in maintaining a clean, peaceful, and safe home. Clem’s landscaping skills also allow us to take excellent care of the outdoor areas. We want to be long-term tenants and are ready to move in when the property is ready.
